"I just moved in and it’s better than I dreamed. Very homey. Take a tour and check it out for yourself. Daniella has been a real big help with information and dealing with my anxiety when it came to make sure I have everything ready and paid for. The apartment complex is its own island in my opinion lol. But it was worth the wait. They do have specials in the summer so keep a look out for them. So far I don’t have any complaints about this place."

Daniela in the office is compassionate and attentive to our needs, ensuring that repairs, whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or elsewhere, are handled smoothly. "I recently had the pleasure of taking an apartment tour with Daniela, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. Daniela took the time to walk us through every detail of the apartment, pointing out all of the great features and answering all of our questions with patience. She made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, and I could really tell she cares about finding the perfect fit for each person. Thanks to her, I left feeling confident about the space and excited about the possibility of moving in. Highly recommend requesting a tour with Daniela if you're considering this apartment!"
"I’ve been living here for almost 1 year and the crime is getting out of hand, it seems like every other week there is a car with its tires stolen and the window broken . Management has been slow to act on improving security, they are not taking any action or any improvements, They encourage residents to report to the police but then make no improvements on the management side.
Please stop talking and about safe practices and ACT!"
"Complex is nice and has its perks. They try to be very inclusive having resident get together and food trucks coming on certain scheduled days. I do wish maintenance and leasing office worked together more and communicate better. They work as if they are two different companies. Leasing office never knows what maintenance is doing. And maintenance never knows what’s leasing office. Maintenance does not communicate so if you work during the day you’re work orders may or may not be completed. And if they can’t stop by that day they won’t tell you unless you call and check. Maintenance half fixes most things just enough for it to be functional they don’t care how it looks."
