"My experience thus far at 2411 has been great! Brian Hall has been super helpful and very accommodating! Michael the property mgr. was very welcoming also. I love my apartment! I realize no matter how much you love your apt. if the property managers aren't invested in the comfort of their residents management can't be viewed as good! I feel I'm going to love it here!"
"recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The space is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light. The location is perfect, the building is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The management team has also been responsive and helpful throughout the move-in process. Brian Bronson is the best! "I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex due to the following reasons. In just six months, I've been woken up by the fire alarm going off six times, usually early in the morning during normal sleeping hours. The elevators are frequently broken (thankfully there are three, but it is inconvenient), the hallways aren't kept clean, and there are often bad smells from the trash chutes being left open. If you have a unit near the outside dumpsters, keep in mind that you'll probably have a lot of trouble sleeping through the noise when they arrive at 5AM very frequently. There are also issues with roaches, especially by the pool area at night. The electrical gym equipment, while nice, is often damaged or unusable in some way.
My unit itself is nice, with good soundproofing (from neighbors not the outside world) and a great view. The appliances are basic and work perfectly fine, but the fridge is on the smaller side for sure. The flooring doesn't hold up that well over time, but the overall appearance and layout of my 2br unit are good.
Overall, the cleanliness of the complex are not up to par, the units are generally fine if you know how to take care of them, and the management can be iffy depending on who is helping you. I'd suggest looking at other options if you can."
"Update: They fixed the waste management schedule and our carpets are cleaned!! The elevators have been frequently down. The hallway carpets have pee all over some of them. A few hallways have trash chute doors left open so the stench can be terrible. The waste management company empties the dumpsters extremely loudly anywhere between 4:30 and 6:30 AM.
I will say I never hear my neighbors, and I love my view! Brian Hall is the best, however Brian Bronson is extremely rude. I went to retrieve a package and said I didn’t receive a code so I can’t get into the room, and I’d like to be let in. He said that means FedEx didn’t scan it in right. I’m like okay however I still need to be let in (like dude that’s besides the point). Whose fault it is really doesn’t concern me because everyone makes mistakes, the right thing to do, as Brian Hall has done to me, is say no problem I’ll let you into the package locker! However Brian Bronson wanted to make it a whole ordeal and go back and forth on how they didn’t scan it in which is their fault. Im like ok but you see what I’m saying, I need to get into the package room. I’d like to think he was having a bad day but regardless he was incredibly defensive and rude.
After emailing other members of management, I’m starting to think they have a problem with criticism. Another update: Here are the exact quotes from Michael Pam. Michael Pam openly said “I will admit I am not sure if the review matches the conversation we’re having via email” (maybe because I was being polite, which seems to be confused with me not having concerns) and “the majority of your experience isn’t a negative one” as if he can speak for me. I’d say waking up at random hours every other day or so because you hear metal dumpsters clashing around for 10-20 minutes, smelling trash in the halls, and dealing with the management now is a negative experience.
So yeah I don’t recommend this place, mainly for the alarms, lack of upkeep/cleanliness of the complex, and the management. Oh and I can’t forget the roaches. I went to show my friend our courtyard by the pool downstairs and on 2 different occasions, we were surrounded by roaches at night. These are units that have balconies, which means the roaches are next to these units. People seem to have gotten their tires stolen here as well."
