"Alexan Junction Heights is visually beautiful, and being the first residents to live in a newly built unit was exciting—initially. However, our overall experience was deeply disappointing.
While the complex looks nice on the surface, the quality of the materials used in construction is cheap and does not justify the steep rent prices. It’s clear corners were cut during construction.
The leasing agents we interacted with at the time lacked professionalism and were unhelpful. Fortunately, they no longer work there, but it set a bad tone from the start. To make matters worse, the residents here are not very friendly, which adds to the lack of community atmosphere.
Parking was also a nightmare. Visitors constantly parked in non-visitor sections, forcing residents to park in the visitor section or struggle to find a spot altogether. This issue was ongoing and never properly addressed by management, creating frustration for everyone involved.
Safety is another huge concern. There were multiple instances of vehicles and tires being stolen, and despite reporting these incidents, nothing meaningful was ever done by the leasing office or so-called “security.” It’s unsettling to feel unsafe where you live.
While the aesthetics are nice, I wouldn’t recommend Alexan Junction Heights to anyone due to the poor quality, high rent, lack of community, parking issues, and significant security concerns."
