"I have been a resident at Allora Bear Creek for 6 months and I love it here. The amenities are amazing, especially the fitness center, the office staffs are very friendly and attentive, and the community is safe and well maintained. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!"
"Nice, spacious place to live that is convenient to Downtown Houston and surrounding shops. However, the door has cracks on the top that allow pests inside, such as spiders and lizards. Pest control is available weekly, but until the door is sealed the problem will persist. The parking here is atrocious, then I guess it depends on the building that you stay in.
Annabelle is always super helpful and happy to assist."
"Great staff, great property! I love living here, the property is really nice and well kept, especially the pool. The staff is what makes you feel at home here, always ready to help. They're friendly and keep this place running like a well-oiled machine. I wholeheartedly recommend Allora Bear Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and well managed place to call home!"
"Amazing Living Experience!
I've been living here for over a month, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The apartments are brand new with modern appliances that make everything so convenient. The amenities are top-notch, and I always feel safe and secure. The community is really friendly, and the management team does a great job of fostering connections with monthly events to help you meet your neighbors. It's a wonderful place to call home!"
"I’ve been living at Allora Bear Creek right at 3 months. We love it here. The move-in process with Andrew was so easy he had everything ready! I must have came at least 5 times after I pre-leased my apartment to go measure this or that and Annabelle always greeted me with a smile and would walk and let me in. They are always having things for the residents. The security here is amazing, and did I mention they have a bike storage room with lots of cameras. No loud noises and the property is kept clean. Oh and yes they have the best residents rewards program where you can earn points for all kinds of cool gifts. If I could have given more stars I would have."
