"Love, Love my apartment. From the cute, modern apartments to the pool and fitness areas, it has everything I could hope for in an apartment.
A special shout out to my leasing consultant Oscar Duran! I had my walk-through with Oscar and immediately fell in love with the place. His enthusiasm for the complex is contagious and his drive to ensure a smooth move-in for me was a Godsend. For all the issues i was having with deliveries, furniture movers etc, Oscar came through for me and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Oscar! You are literally the best!"
"I would like to first start off by saying how welcoming and friendly the staff is!! From day one I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Fonda has been amazing throughout the whole process and was with me every step of the way leading up to my move in day. And it didn’t stop there, I love going into the leasing office to grab a coffee and seeing how the staff is doing. I have lived here for nearly a year and I genuinely love coming home! It’s hard to find an apartment complex that not only offers a safe community but also one that is so involving and hosts monthly events that include food, drinks, games, and activities. After a long day I look forward to walking into my doors and saying I’m home.
Also, don’t get me started on this resort style pool!! It is by far my favorite amenity and during the summer you will see me down there multiple times a week ?
Thank you Anatole for being the best at what you do, we love you!!"
"If I could give this place zero star, I would this place is not worth the price they make you pay for your apartment office People are very unprofessional. They suck at maintenance as you can see in the pictures I have attached grass has not been cut and it’s infested with fleas all throughout the apartment trash is just overflowing stinks really bad when you call the office about any problems, they act like it is not their job since I moved in I have been asking them to add me to their portal and they have not I have been living here for couple months now and I have yet to be added to their portal these people are scam at its finest. I can’t wait to Finish my lease so I can move out. if you’re thinking about moving in, don’t do it!! The lights in your apartment is always broken and when I called to put in maintenance order turquoise one of the office workers who also lives here she said oh that’s normal. Mine is always broken apartments have roaches spiders, and all they can offer us is coming to spray our unit which they have done so many times this place is disgusting for us to be paying $1500 run from this place as far as you can"
"Application to move in was great! Apartment was available for move in. Everything was perfect and clean . Easy move in as well. My agent that helped me was Turquoisse she was amazing !!! She had all my paperwork and documents done within 1-2 days. I moved in the same week entire process was about 3 days in total before I was moved in . The apartments are beautiful, clean and when the environment is very quiet as well."
"I put in a maintenance request for my dryer and they came very quickly to fix my dryer. The front office was very quick to put in a maintenance request for my unit. Julio came and fixed the dryer quickly and explained to me what was going on. Every time Julio comes from the maintenance team, he always makes sure to be quick and efficient and to explain everything to me which I love and has helped me a lot."
"A device for the lawn was stolen from my truck that was parked in the parking lot. There's supposed to be cameras a each gate. There are two gates. The morning after this happened I asked the manager to please review the cameras and let me know what was on the cameras. I made a police report. I checked back 6 times with the manager. She never had time to review the cameras. This happened in June 2022. I wonder if the cameras really work??? I hope security has gotten better at this apartment complex. You have many choices in apartments now. Choose well. Look at everything."
