I’ve been living here for about 8 months now. Still love how quiet the community is. Even when neighbors are around, it’s pretty quiet. The front office staff is pleasant. The amenities are great. The front office hosts frequent events for residents. I’ve never had any issues that the front office hasn’t been able to resolve. The few maintenance issues I have had have been resolved within a few days.
The area is awesome. It’s very peaceful. I love being able to walk along the water for my daily walks and enjoy some great scenery. I feel very safe as a female while out walking along the water.
I also like that the complex is lit up nicely at night so it feels safe when you get home late at night. I love the reserved carports. I never have an issue with parking. There appears to be plenty of open unassigned parking as well. *****

I’ve been here for about a month and a half, the front office staff has been great. The maintenance guys have done a great job with taking care of small items around the apartment as well as replacing my microwave.
I greatly appreciate all the hard word they do to make this a great community.
Even if it means drilling an extra hole to install the microwave. =)"
"So far the move in experience has been good with the exception of 1 issue that was resolved within the same business day. I have been here about a week and have not seen any bugs which is wonderful. It’s a nice complex, well maintained, and has no weird smell or unpleasant neighbors."
"Anchor at South Shore has some of the most disrespectful and unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. I was discussing my final move out bill with the assistant manager, Teresa, about my concerns. I was charged for things that I shouldn't have been charged for after they lost my move in inventory sheet and still charging me for damages that were there prior to me moving in as well as normal wear and tear. After we had a discussion about what the charges were and that there was nothing they could do about it because it's a "he said she said" scenario we were ending the call but she didn't realize she didn't hang up the phone unknowingly I could hear everything she was saying and started talking very badly about me to her co-worker Adrienne. I would avoid the place at all costs. Water pipes are constantly busting, leaks, very noisy, squcky, and cracking floor boards. The view is the ONLY upside to this place but isn't worth hassle."
"I sent in a maintenance request regarding my AC during this August heat because it was inefficient in cooling. They said the air filter was dirty and just replaced it. My AC unit runs 24/7 just to maintain 76° in a 1 bedroom apartment."
"Really bad customer service. You have to request several times if you have any issue in the apartment, which can take more than a week to get things fixed. Must of the time there is no water in the sink in the morning. The pool is closed must of the time. I don’t really recommend waste your money there."
