"The property is beautiful and clean. This is luxury living at its Best. Friendly staff and so close to my job so happy I made this move"
"I am so over this property it is not even funny. From dealing with the leak that was coming from somewhere apartment and my items being damaged to now my vehicle being towed. Management does not own up to their mess up on top of it’s very clear they do not communicate with each other at all. I completely regret moving here and do not plan on renewing my lease! Honestly if i could leave now i would. All I keep getting is we are short staffed like how is that anyone else problem? If you were to go into someone’s business you would not care that they are short staff you would still expect them to do their job."
"I call the office to let them know I was having a problem with my lock on my door and that I was trying to to do the service request on the app from my phone but it was not letting me submit it. And she said you can drop by the office so I explained to her that I wouldn’t be able to because when I get off work the office is closed and she told me that I should make time. And I told her again my schedule so she kept trying to over talk me. She said since you can’t do it from your phone do it from a computer or tablet. My job doesn’t allow personal use and I’m home late everyday due to my work schedule. So I was telling her that kind of dangerous for my lock to be loose like that. I felt she would have been more considerate. Wow I tell you people don’t care about anything or anyone. But God see all knows all and hears all. I was just about to give them a good review untill this woman did this. Very unprofessional.i never have spoken with this person before. She has to be new. So unprofessional. That’s not how you treat residents."
"Be aware of the parking policies! Our main issue with this place is the scam they have with parking and poor aggressive towing companies! They are excruciating poor at communicating! Visiting parking and rules are a joke! My grand son broke his foot and both our vehicles were towed ! On top of trying to take care of my grandson , they were very rude ! I would not go here! This place is a trap!"
"Ariana Cypress Estates is a fantastic community! The office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It's clear that Mayra, the new manager, genuinely cares about both the property and the residents. Highly recommend living here!"
