"The front office staff @ Arrowood Apartments are awesome. They greet you in a friendly manner always with a smile and ready to help. They go out of their way to make sure you are okay. I go in on a regular basis to check my mail and I said one day we are gonna have to replace the mail man because no mail, good, bad or indifferent. Three Ladies in the front ( Aracely, Gladys, Marisol) made a paper bouquet of flowers and put it in my mailbox. Such a beautiful gesture brought tears to my eyes. And the flowers smelled good to, to be made of Paper. Kudos to these ladies to share their Love. Thank You"

"Still waiting on my deposit for this apartment I got denied from. I got told 2 different dates about getting my deposit back. It shouldn’t take this long
Update almost a month no check please be careful giving them a deposit before you get approved or denied because they will try to hold on to your money. Ms Gladys never sent the check to be mailed out. I’m trying to have patience in grace before I take things far with these people.

"I lived in the apartment for about 4 years due to some unforseen circumstances. Right from the beginning I was deceived because they could not show me the apartment they intend renting to me and no tour was done, I got boxed in a corner such that I have no choice other than moving in.
The first and second year was fair and the last two years were horrible.
The apartment was roach infested and when I complained they bring in a terminator with treatment that never killed any roaches but they want me to pay $75 for a robust treatment which I declined.
My clothes, shoes and those of my children were all mildew infested and at some point there was mold in the room I lived in and when I complained they came up with lectures about the issues.
The so called master bedroom was nothing but a heat factory, a portion of it was carved out where the water heater was housed and during summer the room will heat up and becomes almost inhabitable , it was intended to be a two bedroom but it was nothing but a one and half bedroom.
The dishwasher, stove and fridge were all junks because they were all breeding and hiding places for roaches.
Finally, I moved out in September and my deposit was withheld till when I emailed the manager about it in October and days later I got a response, I did everything I could to keep the apartment cleaned out and there were somethings pointed out which I couldn't disagree with because I knew some portion of deposit will be held , in the break down of why the whole deposit was held and additional $99 plus was reported with my information to a debt collector without any prior notice and which to me was a stupid thing to do.
All through my tenancy there I was never late or behind on my rent, the pool was nothing to write home about , my car was keyed and scratched by other vehicle parked next to me .
All this aforementioned issues made me rate them with just one star ."
"ArrowWood apts is a great place to stay. I’ve been here for a year now and I love it. The staff here are amazing,and very attentive. (MS.CATHY CORNETT) IS AWSOME. SHES VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE ON HER FACE..SHE GO OUT OF HER WAY TO ACCOMMODATE MY NEEDS.. I give this complex 5️⃣⭐️s. @ArrowWood Apts are a great place to stay..!!????"
"The owner, Cathy Cornett, is the type of landlord willing to say things like "The security cameras are present to protect the owner and the property, not for tenant safety". Believe me Cathy, I know. She also consistently ignores safety concerns and constantly tries to deceive her tenants to not express their tenant's rights. Only after I took 2 hours to draft up a formal complaint that showed I am knowledgeable and willing to act on my tenants rights did she reluctantly seem to address the problems. These apartments are cheap for about the first 2 years, but you get what you pay for."
