"Moved in here a couple of weeks ago. The leasing staff are the friendliest and most professionals I have ever dealt with. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful and very clean, having so much nature and still being so close to the city is a huge plus for us. Jessica, Hannah, and Vanessa, thank you guys so much for making the move for me and my son such an easy and smooth experience. Additionally, the maintenance staff are the best, I had two tickets submitted and Lucio, and Jose were incredibly nice and professionals and have great expertise at what they do. I work 100% remotely and I enjoy the business center/working spaces the complex offers. I hope to be here for a long time! Ana ?"
"Do not lease here if you want to respected as a member of the community. The bad reviews are true. The office is actually the worst part of leasing here, disrespectful & never answer the phone or emails. along with the fact that the elevators never work, consistent roaches in the hallway. Absorbent & ridiculous fees, id look elsewhere. The maintenance team is the only thing to praise at this building, truly."
"This place…kinda sucks. I will start by saying the staff is very nice, and there are some good amenities. But that’s about as far as it goes. When I first moved here I really liked it for about the first 6 months. Then it’s just gone downhill from there. The building construction is horrible, the walls, floors, and ceiling are thin. You can hear everything. I can hear my upstairs neighbors dropping bowling balls at 3AM (yes we’ve talked to them and the staff) we were told WE should move units, as if it won’t be an issue for the next tenet. Because I’m sure everyone wants to hear that at 3am. Our downstairs neighbor loves to blast their sub at 11AM, 2PM, 5PM, 8PM, 11PM, 12AM. Even though the apartment has a quiet time, it never really feels enforced. We are very mindful to be sure we don’t disturb our neighbors but no one cares here. For what you pay, vs the quality of life you get, especially if you work from home, it’s not worth it. All I want is peace and you can’t get that here from my experience."
"Jessica, Hannah and Vanessa were very welcoming and easy to work with. Anytime we ever needed anything the response time was always quick and attentive, both from the office staff as well as the maintenance team.
We enjoyed living there as our home away from home during our home renovation this past few months. The facility was clean with a connecting path directly to the Terry Hershey Park. Gym equipments were practically new in the building 1 downstairs. They also have monthly events for residents. My children enjoyed their Halloween movie night and the Fall sock pumpkin making event a lot.
Look no further! This place is it!"

"Wow! Such a pleasure to be guided through the community with a breath of fresh air, Jessica! She was great and full of life (much like my personality)lol. No, but seriously, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond during my tour. I would totally recommend touring Ascension if you’re looking to relocate to a nice residency. Kudos to the entire staff and nice apartments!

I renewed my lease! That should let you know how great this place is! The entire staff provides the best service and they’re so kind.
My requests are fulfilled rapidly and yeah nothing bad to say in this post. This is one of the best places I’ve resided in since I’ve been living in Houston! ✨"
"The leasing office are honestly great, they are quick at helping you resolve any concern. But the property itself needs to be looked at. 1. I hate how some people try to normalize cockroaches in their apartments ? there’s sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many here. 2. The elevator has been having issues before I moved here this is what I found out from previous residents. And I have lived here for 1 years and it’s still been having issues!! The carpet in the hallways is nasty. The cleanness of the gym is not great. They provide towels but no where to put these dirty towels? Also the wipes are hardly stocked. Parking isn’t that bad. The pricing for these apartments and quality of them don’t really align. The leasing management have been great and so kind and doing their job which I have appreciated it but the apartments themselves need to be overlooked at."
"We love our new apartment! My partner and I needed to find a place and move in a very short span of time and Hannah was such a huge help! We didn’t have an appointment for our tour but she still made us feel welcome and did a great job showing us around.
We fell in love with the place and decided to call this complex home. The apartments are beautiful and clean and the complex has so many wonderful amenities.
It’s located in a really great area, with City Center, Terry Hershey Park and lots of other great things nearby.
Definitely glad we decided to live here."
