"My husband and I renewed our lease for the second year, we generally enjoy the complex and the people who live here. Although the buildings are a bit older, maintenance will always provide in a timely manner to ensure the comfort for their residents. The leasing office staff are always kind and professional. Parking at night is very limited as well as visitor parking."
"My husband and I are about to sign a lease for our 3rd year living at Ascot Court. As far as apartment complexes go, this place is fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet, family-friendly environment with very nice neighbors, this is the place to go. There are lots of parks around here and great schools. There are lots of community churches, this is a very diverse area. It’s a little pricey, but not any more so than the rest. I think you pay for all of the conveniences in the area. Good restaurants nearby, and pretty much every brick and mortar retailer you could possibly want. Whether you are a person who likes to stay in the house with fast WiFi, or someone who likes to get out and go to the gym and socialize, this area is fantastic.
Also, the front office staff is very sweet. And there are 2 Starbucks less than 5 minutes away. It’s suburban life."
"I would not recommend anyone living here. The apartments are old, have roaches, and outdated. They do not enforce any rules. Most of the tenants smoke weed and it seeps through the vents. They don't fix anything but patch over everything. I've always been a good tenant and paid my rent on time with no issues. In addition, when you move out they will purposely start targeting you and have your vehicle towed. I've lived in these apartments for 4 years with the same decal and never had an issue with parking anywhere until I decided to end my lease. I'm almost certain I was targeted because cars are never towed from this complex. My niece parked her out of state vehicle on the property for 4 days with no decal and no one bothered to have it towed. In addition, my significant other also parks his car and stay overnight and has never been towed. Management didn't even have the decency to notify me which further makes me feel it was an inside job. Upon retrieving my car from the impound I was told by the clerk that they only impound repossessed cars and only impound any other cars if a call was made to have it towed. My car is paid in full so this also leads me to believe that management purposely had my car towed. Upon looking at my towing paperwork it shows Anh authorized the towing company to take my vehicle. I arrived home at around 10:30pm and my vehicle was towed away at 10:46pm. My car was gone for 3 days with no notification and is also damaged. The clerk even stated that she was wondering when I was gonna pick up car because it had been sitting there for so long. They took an additional $104 from me and never returned my call to rectify the issue. Fellow school teachers please avoid this place. Anh you are a sad human being. I hope karma takes good care of you."
"The apartments are extremely old and falling apart. Any little wind or rain will knock the power out. It is rat and roach infested with stray cats roaming the property. The kids are extremely noisy and like to run around the property and up and down the stairs even though they do not reside in that section. They also will vandalize your vehicle and steal your rims or catalytic converter. The smell of marijuana and mildew will come through your vents and management does nothing to rectify the issue. They only patch up service request and never actually fix anything. Be prepared to have your water shutoff at any given moment. Parking is horrible and management does not enforce any parking rules. They pick and choose who they want to have towed away. The car pictured parks by the gate all the time and have been for at least a year does not have a parking decal and has never been towed. There any many cars without a decal that never gets towed but they will purposely target you and have you towed if you decide to vacate the property. The price is cheaper than most because it is ghetto to live here. Don't be fooled by the location. They're nice to you upon move in but once you're in their attitude will change and you're just another tenant."
"I am happy to be apart of the Ascot Court community. The location is quiet and clean, right between 290 and the beltway and near three different food stores. This is perfect for me. I have been working with Sithney and she has been awesome! Kind, courteous, professional and very helpful. She made sure that everything was done and taken care of before my move in date. Excellent! Wonderful location, wonderful residence, wonderful team! Thank you Ascot Court ?"
