"Tina is a constant professional and a 1st class worker. She listens to your needs and handles. them immediately.
Definitely knows what she is doing and does a great job. We appreciate the fast response on repairs she had handled in our apartment . Due to previous management neglect .
I am so Glad that Tina / Cecile in the leasing office are open from 9 to 6 PM unlike previous management it was a guess game ."
"Current resident and new leasing office management are very rude. Her name is Justina and she does not care about the tenants needs and just over talks everyone. Been living at Aspenwood for 3 years and never received a gate code and now they want to charge for a gate card? I moved within the complex just to move into hell from where I was. Last apartment had mold issues, new apartment now have mice issues. I also been asking for my deposit from my last apartment for a month and a half and have yet to receive a response since new management is stating they need to investigate and also will charge if apartment was painted? I do not believe this is correct, since when you move in all apartments should have fresh paint. My bad choice of signing another lease from this hell hole"
"Due to the negligence of the management and multiple fact of lying and saying they a livable town home I have been living here for a month now. We were affected by hurricane beryl due to having roof leaks and conclusion of resulting of having mold in our master bathroom and the management refusing to make the proper repairs . My daughter with disabilities and also other children have been medically affected. They have not move us to an alternate unit . And since also the management has refuse to provide their superior staff contact information we will be forced to move forward with hiring a lawyer and suing them if she doesn’t stop hiding from us and give us and immediate response by today this unit is not in livable conditions and stand against Texas safety code violations."
"For those who are thinking of leasing at Aspenwood Apartments specifically unit 119, DONT!! We were living in unit 119 and our situation has been getting worse. We found mold growing back in March of this year (2024), and a contractor was supposed to remove it but instead the office sent maintenance to paint over it. We only found out it was painted because the ceiling is turning yellow and the ceiling was turning black again. We have gone to the office MULTIPLE TIMES and after demanding to get out of our lease they sent us an eviction notice to leave in 3 days! The current office staff is new but we have been going weekly to get some answers from someone but we have not got a call back and every time we have gone the lady does not want to talk to us. We got a mold inspector and he confirm there is black mold and it has been there for A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. The worse part is we have been struggling with October rent which we have PAID and shown receipts. Yet they still SENT AN EVICTION NOTICE. These people are not professionals and SNEAKY. They have put a work order saying they have fix the mold “properly” when no one from maintenance or a professional has gone to do. And the weekend they say to have been “fixing” we were home packing so they are trying to get out of this problem by saying they did something when THEY HAVENT. The units might look pretty but they are serious issues behind those walls. Don’t believe them especially with mold, they will not and HAVE NOT REMOVED IT.
Please think twice before leasing here. This is not an exaggeration. Everyone here has some sort of complain regarding the units, parking, or office."
"I moved 2 months ago and they gave me assigned parking lot like everyone else and it was essential for me so I was ready to pay, if I need to. They told me residents gets their assigned parking lot etc. They just took my parking lot and sold it my neigbour which is ugly. I want my parking lot back. This is not respectful!

This place keep getting worst. The management not responsible and accountable of any of their wrong doing. Trash are over load. Police keep coming this place. I requested maintenance to fix my faucet and couple minor thing. They have to come 4or5 times and they keep forgetting to fix faucet which ı requested for. They also leave a lot of dirt behind which was not professional."
