"Love this place. It’s quiet which I hold priority over all else given I came from a hell hole that had parking lot concerts every night of the week. The apartment management is extremely helpful with everything. I highly recommend living here if you want peace and quiet."
"I have been living here for about two months now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The apartment complex offers good value for the price, even though it lacks amenities like a gym or pool. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's a comfortable place at a great price. Although I encountered an issue with the refrigerator not working initially, the management was responsive and took care of it, however it took awhile. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which contributes to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The staff genuinely cares about the residents, making it a pleasant place to call home."
"I lived here for 2 years. This complex was great, then went down hill. However since Kenya, and Ashanty have taken over you really see an improvement. Ashanty is responsive to emails and quick to communicate solutions. Kenya is very proactive in resolving any issues that might happen, and letting the tenants know what’s going on. Even when we lost power during the storm, they communicated to the best of their abilities with limited internet and phone signal. Really the only negative is lack for public space but the neighborhood and tracks nearby are nice. Great place and location. They also throw events, which are great and nice place to eat and meet the neighbors"
"These apartments are newer so that’s why we decided to move here. Definitely regretted it soon after. Managment isn’t friendly and seems like since we got here monthly bill has slowly been creeping up. Recently we had a friend over to watch the Tyson fight for about two hours and his vehicle got towed. Not sure who’s running them but that makes a big difference. They want to charge for everything and apparently the tow trucks are like vultures here. Gave them 2 star because they look decent and plenty of parking but not impressed with anything else. (Who ever does the owner response does a good job but don’t be fooled that is not a true representation of managment here)"
"I got a 2nd vehicle this month & purchased a reserved parking for it & did my due diligence to make sure I followed along with the new vehicle registration protocol they decided to recently implement. The vehicle was towed FROM THE REGISTERED RESERVED PARKING SPOT. I had to wait for the office to open. The assistant manager Ashonti was horribly impolite & showed absolutely no empathy or took accountability or apologized for the situation. She indeed did call the vehicle storage lot to make them release the vehicle at no charge to me, but she kept talking to me as if she was doing me a FAVOR when it was wrongfully towed. I was stern but still respectful & didn’t curse at her but her tone still was very ugly to me & she used gaslighting verbiage to just keep saying “we got the vehicle released for you for no charge” instead of actually taking ownership of the problem. I need accountability from management."
