"I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. When I first moved here in February, the apartment was infested with roaches and apartments did not take care of situation. I spent hundreds of dollars on pest control. There is always dog poop on the sidewalk, porch, and/or stairway. The plumbing is ridiculous. The water has been turned off most of my time here but my water bill remains high. The toilet runs all day, consistently! The air conditioner continuously freezes up. When you go to the office for help, the manager and leasing agent (s) are always on a personal call and want you to wait until they're finish with their personal call as if they are not at work!! Overall, these have been the worst apartments and I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move"
"Roach infestation and mouse problem. Then to top it all off, if you are not a native Spanish speaker, they don’t give a flying rats arse about you.
My neighbors have four cars each! And my second truck continuously gets “parking violation” stickers. I beg and beg and beg for them to slap a reserved spot there and I’ll pay the extra for it, but they refuse.
But my neighbors ask once, and they give it to them. Unbelievable. I absolutely hate this place.
If rent prices weren’t crazy everywhere else, I would have moved out the second I moved in.
Whatever you do, do not move here. Find somewhere else. The low prices aren’t worth this disrespect."

I have a poor rental history and she treated me as if there was nothing listed
We saw a cute 1-1 the grounds were fairly neat and the trash area was clean
Im living here no loud music was blasting it was just peaceful"
"I had a nice experience. Everyone was very respectful and helpful. Got the information I needed. Let me tour the property and the unit I was shown was very nice and size wise it is perfect."
"Maintenance showed up after 6:30 p.m. and there was nothing left which indicated that Maintenance had been there. Major issue of concern.
9.5.2024 Vandalism again: Both passenger front/back windows busted out along with other residents makes you wonder if security had a part in it? Management only concern is the rent be paid timely but no concern for the safety of the residents."
