"I have lived at Bar Harbor for several years now. The maintenance, grounds and staff have always been excellent. Over the last year, I have become visually impaired. I have to deal with many challenges on a daily basis. Jennifer, Lisa and Chris have been so gracious and willing to assist me at any given time. They have even offered to come to my apartment if I need it. They have taken customer service to a whole new level. Thank you so much!"
"I would like to inform everyone works at Cafmanagement that two outstanding employees and leaders have distinguished & brought and "delivered" on character.As a West Point Alumni ; having been a army ranger recondo specialist : The property manager handled vital health concerns regarding my recent two heart major surgeries-Jennifer Pena is caring, detailed and knows at all times -her residents (her constant checking on me and reaching out that she is personal & compassionate -today it was life threatening . -she handled my situation privately and without hesitation. Additionally, her selection while management had a directive to remedy and communicated prior today another employee John Gonzalez( he is "Superman" to me that resolved the team technical and practical "hands off" that he resolved on the spot -project regarding repaired by finding the fireplace " hole " in floor as well as repairing and executing diligent work that no other employee could find. John is a man with impeccable and communication skills that always the right man in times of desperation....these two specific as well as their governmental service Director answered my "critical call"; Please highly commend these team CAF management outstanding employees in the highest commendation. These employees demonstrate character and dedication to CAF today and in the future .They engaged in their actions...

"I’ve lived in Bar harbor for four years there are some issues with bugs, etc. Lisa and Angie are so nice and Lisa will get the maintenance team to try to work you in to their tight schedule. I had no idea the maintenance man is a one man show with some help on the side but no assistant . John is kind and helpful and when he’s able to get to your ticket he is thorough and nice! Thank you John for all you do. Hoping you find help!"

"I like it here, all the staff is friendly and will get any issues resolved in a timely manner. It is an older complex, so expect a few minor issues here and there but maintenance is on point. The grounds are well maintained. I feel safe walking my dog at night. Rates are quite reasonable for the area."
