"My experience so far at this property has been great! The tour was great and I was very pleased with what I saw. Also Mr. Joseph was very professional and helpful! He answered all the questions me and my friend had, he gave us a thorough tour, showed us the exact units we were interested in, and was just very welcoming and easy to talk to."
"I am a future resident. I will be moving in Dec 16, 2024. I am SUPER excited. So far my experience has been beyond phenomenal. I worked with Stephanie as the leasing agent. She has been amazing. She has great communication skills. Our tour was so informative that we applied immediately after. We had toured other communities but this tour we different, we felt at home. The application process went smoothly and we were approved within days."
"I am pleased to give the Beacon a five-star review, as they truly have a gem in their front office. Stephanie was exceptionally patient and kind, dedicating her time to help me gather all the necessary paperwork for securing my apartment. Although things didn’t work out this time, I truly appreciated her follow-up and understanding of my situation. Moving can be a stressful process, and it’s refreshing to encounter someone like Stephanie, who approaches her work with genuine care and a willingness to assist rather than rushing or displaying frustration.
Thank you for such a positive experience, Stephanie. I hope everyone in Houston is as nice as you!"
"0/10 do not recommend, office staff is rude and don’t follow through on requests, office manager never at property and the staff use that to not do anything, the answer to everything is we have to wait until the property manager is in and maintenance is incompetent. Appliances are old and filthy and they refuse to make any accommodation. Filed a formal complaint with the property group Morgan. Don’t move here, save yourself the stress. The reviews are a lie, Stephanie is not a nice person, those have to be her friends writing reviews for her."
"I had a great experience with Stephanie at this residence she helped me with a transfer and she always has a positive attitude helping me in the front office. Thanks to her I will be renewing my lease again next year. She is a great addition to the team and deserves her flowers. Thanks Stephanie for all you do. ?"
