"A very nice complex. Green, beautiful, always clean territory. It's like a piece of forest and nature outside your window❤️Very quite place. The pool works normally, there is no such thing as it being permanently closed, sometimes work is being done, but that is normal. All the staff always work and cope with their tasks perfectly. Andrea is a professional in her field, she is the best.?
I really don't understand why such a low rating☹️everything is very good and safe here??☺️"
"I’ve lived here for 4.5 years after living in several other apartments in various cities and I am so happy to still call this place home! I was nervous when the management company changed, but I’m delighted to see that they along with Lexus the property manager made the decision to bring back Andrea as assistant manager. Andrea is the perfect conduit between a corporate office and complex residents. She makes apartment living feel nonintimidating and is always willing to help her residents understand and feel confident in their choice of home. Andrea brings a charming and personable human aspect that you don’t always find in corporate offices. She is the type of person who will remember you by name, and know your apt # so she will have your packages ready and maintenance orders filed efficiently. I so appreciate the whole Bellevue at Clear Creek team! My son enjoys waving hi to Carlos in maintenance on our morning walks, and he loves to show off his latest cool new shoes to Lexus and Andrea in the front office. We truly feel at home here."
"I am writing on behalf of Andrea who works in the leasing office. I love her. She was gone for awhile and then returned this week. When I saw her I was delighted to see she is back. Andrea has always been so nice and helpful. She always jumps to help anyone who walks in the door. I am hoping she will be back for good. I have lived in the complex for 15 years now and have seen many employees come and go. I believe Andrea is a great asset to your company. Please consider keeping her on board!!!"
"yes, these are older apartments, but the upkeep inside the units has been great. My maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner. Carlos is an outstanding individual and takes pride in his job. the staff is friendly and my concerns are always are addressed. I always see one of the staff members outside every morning during the week picking up trash. I just think maybe a new paint job and repairs the the exterior would make this place like a brand new complex."
"Me and my family have been staying at this complex for a few long term contracts and until recently it was about par for the course for staying in an apartment.
Recently, a new property management company has taken over, which has ruined what was working just fine before.
In addition to wiping all records while changing websites entirely (which didn’t let us pay rent online because the downtime was so long). They’ve also somehow screwed up fees for every person living here too. I paid a security deposit; why am I being charged a fee for it every month now? And why can’t this be fixed once and for all. Going on month 5 of this. Which, for any person that just wants to pay their rent and be left alone, is stupid as hell.
The staff is great. The new management company sucks, and will continue to make your life suck too if you decide to live here."
