"Bellrock Memorial offers a comfortable and convenient living experience in Houston. The apartments are well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. The community itself is clean and well-kept, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
A special shoutout to the maintenance supervisor, Sergio Tranquillo, who is always prompt and professional in addressing any maintenance issues. His dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable."
"Lived here for going on 3 years. Have been through 3 owners with this property. First owners were amazing. Property is currently owned by Greystar. I have nothing but BAD experiences with the leasing office since. As of late, I was told over the phone by leasing office that they accepted money orders for rent. Paid for the money order, almost $3k. Called the leasing office, was told how to endorse it. I came, provided the money orders, signed them. I was given a receipt. Only to be told AFTER THE MONEY ORDERS HAD BEEN ACCEPTED & ENDORSED that the property does not accept money orders for rent. It is holiday season, i’m a single mother. One source of income. I have almost 3k in money orders that I CAN’T use. Bank won’t accept them now, I have to wait up to 30 days to receive a refund. I escalated the issue to Kathryn. Entirely unhelpful, and insensitive. She offered no resolution. Kept repeating that they don’t accept money AFTER I WAS ALLOWED TO ENDORSE & SIGN THEM. New property manager every few months as well. Tried to call to speak to Jason, I have yet to receive a call back. DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING HERE there are better properties, better amenities that actually care for their tenants. Joseph the previous manager was the only reason I renewed my lease her."
"Some People live in this apartment who seem to have no understanding of living in a residential complex and are willing to pollute the complex with complete disregard. They are not even willing to pick up their own dog's feces, And it would make you sad to see something like this in a public, shared environment. It's hard for me to understand how people can be so selfish and inconsiderate."
"We lived at Bellrock Memorial from August 2022 - July 2024.
After almost two years of living there, I can honestly say, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and will miss it.
The location was top tier (my favorite part).
There are tons of food/entertainment options nearby.
The gym has a really nice stair master.
I always felt safe on my morning runs in the area.
And the most recent management (Greystar) who took over, came in and made things much better than they were.
Joseph Turner (the Community Manager) is usually onsite and available. He's personable, all about improving the community, and actually listens to the feedback from residents. In addition to this, he made our move-out and home-buying process so much easier (by responding timely and providing our lender with the items they requested), and we could not be more thankful to have had him as our community manager.
He and his team are communicative, enforce rules, and actually try to keep the community safe and in good shape.
10/10 would recommend."
