"My mistaken. Just to impressed them because I got troubled. Don't move to Breckenridge apt. They robbed my stuffs left there. They didn't give me times to clear up my unit 72. They also robbed my security deposit of $450. Manager and assistant are betrayals. They lied and very deceitful. The units are way too small. They are only trying to get YOU in, but they are crooked and eating up our money. Don't forget you have to pay the water bill over $80 per tenant. Plus they always have problems meaning shutting down water. You need a bath right before work. Constantly problems with water. Don't move there. Business owner accepted his staffs for crooked. Don't move there. I got a better place. Another THING they tried to avoid you to get a place elsewhere but I managed to win many ways. I aint homeless. STOP. STOP. DETOUR BRECKENRIDGE APT. HELLIOUS"
"I visited the property today to see the floor plans I was interested in. I thought this place was great!
Yami who helped me in the office and walked the apartments with me was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable providing everything I needed to know about a move-in, and answered every question I had.
Even though it's an older property the apartments I viewed were nice, the grounds were very clean, lots of nice trees, and the complex was also calm and quiet. And their prices would be helpful for anyone on a budget looking for a decent place to live."

"I will star off by saying that if I had written this review at the beginning of last year I would’ve been lying! Truth is staff was helpful really showed feelings an actually seemed to care of my situation at the time after staying here for almost a year November of 23 was the worst to receive a vacate letter. Assumptions was made about my living there saying I moved an someone moved in ??♀️ saying they seen me packing my things putting them in a Uhaul for incorrect information my son has a disability an yes things went on with him during manic stages DEIDRA had the audacity to tell me that greenspoint may not b the area for me to live first off who are you to say where I should live! I paid to replace windows my son broke in my apartment an yes I had some damages to the bedroom door inside which before they gave me a vacate notice I was in the process of getting that fixed an paid for as well! I was told by DEIDRA her word is her bond about all this mess that went on for me to be put out but never received nothing in writing because I’m assuming they was still gonna charge me regardless to what was said she’s a lair! Rosalinda is right with her as well very disrespectful an rude I came in with class an as an adult to talk with them all I got was a text I guess that didn’t want to step in the ring of fire or to b asked questions. I had to talk with a lawyer over lies he was a little more respectful than they was. I understand that people had favorites to maybe I was not one of them I seen a few good reviews an a lot of bad reviews so now I’m adding to it! 10 out 10 wouldn’t recommend! I can accept my sons faults but can breakenridge accept theirs? That’s the question?? I’m waiting an waiting patiently! That’s my short story that’s actually much much longer but I’ll leave it at this an let that sizzle your spirit.
