"Edit: Two months in and I must complement the maintenance team. Had two service issues and the team were out the next morning to resolve them. One on a Sunday and one on a Saturday. Very impressed

"My husband and I lived here from June 2020 until June 2022. We loved our apartment. The one bedroom is HUGE for how much you pay—it’s pretty impressive for Houston. All of our neighbors and the other people we’ve interacted with that live there are super kind. On top of that, the staff is quick to respond to your emails and any issues get resolved fairly quickly. However we did have to move out for a lot of the same reasons other people have mentioned. There are a lot of roaches. No matter how much we cleaned or called pest control to come, they never went away. I do have to admit that we didn’t get to do a more intense pest treatment because of our cat. It’s possible it could’ve been gone with that. One of the other cons is that the walls are a bit thin. If your downstairs/upstairs neighbors are talking loudly enough, you’ll hear them. And smells get through easily. We don’t smoke, but because our downstairs neighbors did, the apartment always smelled like smoke. One of the other concerning things is mold. A lot of black spots popped up in our carpet that were not caused by spills. I can only assume it was mold! Despite these things, we enjoyed our time here and it definitely became home to us. It is a great place for the price you pay! I would give it 3.5 stars if that were an option."
"Me and my mother are so happy to comeback to these apartments. Specially for the excellent service that Dora has given us. Dora needs a recognition for outstanding customer service and support. She went above and beyond for making us feel right at home since we started our application. Thank you so much for everything, Dora. There should be more people like her in the world. The apartments are nice. The application process was smooth and easy. Happy to be part of the Brittany Place community."
"Pros: Apartment overall is good if your looking for something cheap and reasonable. Leasing office employees and maintenance men are okay people
Cons: Same Problems the whole 15months of my lease, AC Unit in Master bathroom leaks dirty all over the sink and mirror, they fix it for a day or 2 and then it will start again. My neighbor pisses outside, i complain and they wont do anything. Mosquitoes always get inside your home from the patio seals and front door steps and passage ways never being cleaned. Cars are constantly broken into"
"Great customer service!!! My mom and I had been looking for apartments for weeks. I toured the apartment and ended up signing the lease later that day!! Dora is so genuine, friendly, and professional. I got an amazing price on my lease. The apartment is so clean and spacious. Amazing apartments!!"
