"going on my second year of me living here. i don’t have any super bad complaints but there is a major one that needs to be dealt with properly. EVERYTIME it rains it floods, literally. and it doesn’t matter how much rain either. they finally installed a drain on one side which is actually pretty useless because it still floods & the drain gets so clogged with un racked leaves, grass, and acorns. but the other side closer to the swimming pool omg. haven’t been able to walk by there in days. everyday mine and my children's feet are soaked in water. you can’t even walk on the side walk because of the flooding and a lot of it is uneven. it’s ridiculous"
"You know the apartments are no good when you have management texting all the residents asking to send good reviews because they know the truth . The units look nothing like the fake pictures on the site, the maintenance man do not fix things promptly unless the manager likes you they'll get to you same day, the units are roach infested, the outside community is dirty trash cans are always overly filled and bags of trash over the floor, the pool is fungus infested every time I've took my kids swimming they came back sick, the shower water is brown! don't waste your time unless you're in need it's not worth the stress nor money ."
"We are one of the longest residents here, and I would say I really love the new management here. They are very helpful and i appreciate the maintenance workers as well. Veronica is one of the ladies that I speak with often, and she is great! Also has wonderful customer service."
"STAY ALERT IF YOU GO AS A VISITOR.
When you visit, the tenant must register your car online so you wont get towed.
My friend registered my car with my vin number, license plate, and car description. I LITERALLY DOUBLED CHECKED ALL MY INFO.
2 hours later i hear a Tow truck, So i ran outside and the guy had my car latched onto his truck. I stated that i was registed and he immediately was wanting to charge me $100 to drop my car. -_-
Luckly my friend who is the tenant came outside and showed them my car was registered as a visitor!!
"All the tow truck guy said was oh umm i guess our system is down, the car is not showing registed". smh.
ITS a WHite tow truck just roaming around and they will take your car and once they take your car they sell it to another truck to driop it off at random towing lot. You end up paying double price!
i just got lucky i ran outside because other than that they will take it and they'll just falsely claim you werent on the system.
I dont plan on visting again. they will just blame the system. smh"
"I have lived here for the last four years. The front office has always been kind and understanding. Maintenance fixes issues fast, and I really just love my apartment."
