"This was my first apartment I had ever rented, and I moved out a month ago. Not due to the apartment, but for distance to work reasons. They recently started doing events where food trucks will come by the complex, which I loved! It's not too loud at night, and a great spot in town to be able to walk to the stores and bus stops. My only complaint would be that the hot water would be turned off pretty frequently for a few hours about once a month or so. Otherwise, it was a great apartment and I'm glad to have had it as the first one I ever had on my own."
"We recently needed to find an apartment quickly after our previous one caught on fire, and we were so fortunate to come across this complex. Sham went above and beyond to assist us during a stressful time. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She even showed us her own apartment to give us a better sense of the space! Her hospitality and professionalism made all the difference, and we felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this place, especially with team members like Sham!"
"I've been a resident for many years. I've also seen new ownership and constant staff changes, but one thing has remained constant....Professional Management. This complex is old and it has its challenges, but the staff will go out of their way to address and resolve the issue. My main complaint was the lack of hot water in my unit and believe me I WAS NOT HAPPY! However, through excellent communication, I have hot water...for now (fingers crossed ?). Thank you to Ms. Sham for your kindness and patience."
"After our last apartment caught on fire, my husband and I needed a new home quickly, and we were so lucky to meet Sham. She went out of her way to help us, even showing us her own apartment in the complex so we could both see what it would be like. She was kind, patient, and made the entire experience so much easier for us during such a stressful time. We are so grateful for her help and highly recommend this place!"
"Please understand everyone experiences are different with each individual. Do not mention a move in special, they will tell you that “they” never advertised it online. Also just because you receive a “Welcome Resident “ email doesn’t mean u are approved. If this happens to u, report them to Attorney General for they a thieves of your information and in violation. One more thing, unit 307 is inhabitable. The standing water from rain outside seeps up through the floor in the hallway. They will not allow u to look at it prior to moving in. The foundation it not stable and it is VERY DANGEROUS and this is a WARNING!!! U also will have to deal with the doors not closing and possibly getting locked in/out cause the front door shifts EVERYTIME IT RAINS!!"
