FAZII is professional, informative, and knowledgeable about every aspect of leasing an apartment home.
I was nervous and tired because I have been all around Houston looking at different apartments but FAZII made me feel welcomed and removed every nervous feeling of anxiety from the apartment search .
I couldn’t make up my mind as to which floor plan I really wanted, and she was still patient with me and asked me questions to narrow it down and help me to select the perfect unit for me… I’m so excited to become a resident at Camden Postoak.
Camden Postoak is a unique quality type apartment… Where is full of warm people who care about The residents.
Camden Postoak even allows you to have a 30 day guarantee if you don’t like living there you can move out without any issues or being attached to any lease …….now that is what you call confidence and knowing that they are ready and willing to provide you with a great experience.
I’ll be moving in in a few days, but I wish I could That’s how much I appreciate my new opportunity to be a part of the Camden Postoak family."
"They have the worst staff they allow residents to have there cars stolen my brother was here no longer than 1 month & he had his Scat Pack stolen! Out of a PRIVATE GARAGE! It was an inside job at the residence! 100% DO NOT MOVE HERE! Unless you want everything you’ve worked hard for robbed.

To make matters worse, management showed little to no accountability for the incident, leaving us frustrated and without any real support. Security measures are practically nonexistent despite their claims of having a “secured” facility. Cameras either don’t work or are conveniently positioned to miss critical areas, and there’s zero follow-up from the staff when incidents like this happen. Residents pay a premium to live here, expecting peace of mind and safety, yet all they get is negligence and excuses. If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, steer clear of this place. It’s simply not worth the stress or risk. Not to mention the whole took ordeal TOOK 45 mins & not 1 security personnel responded adequately! The security is worse than a BAD CLUB BOUNCER."

The manager has a team of leasing consultants that will WOW you with their professionalism as well as their knowledge on finding you the perfect place to call home.
Fazii Karowalia is my leasing consultant. She is knowledgeable about every aspect of the Camden Post Oak. Fazii is patient and extremely helpful in a way that makes you know you've made the right choice. She laid all out on the table 3 floor plans that matched with my life style and my budget....
