"Within the first 3 days of moving we had tools stolen from our vehicle, then within the first month my husbands truck was stolen, the leasing office was not helpful at all in helping us find it, getting footage, or upping security at all. The office never answers the phone, they’re nice enough, but it really sucks not being able to communicate with someone who is in charge when you have a concern. Either way, maintenance was always on top of every request we put in, so that was a plus I guess. When we finally moved out, we left the apartment spotless, and they still sent us a bill directly to collections without notifying us at all, not by phone, email, or even snail mail. Other than the rent being cheap I would not recommend this apartment to anyone."
"Me and my wife came for a quick tour and were both impressed of how nice and friendly the manager is. We are hopeful to return closer to our move in date, we liked the energy and the community!"
"I lived here for 2yrs & I did have to move on. But I loved my stay here. I never had problems. No bugs or break in cars. My neighbors were respectful and quiet in my building. Maintenance was ALWAYS attentive & the leasing office was amazing. Unfortunately the surrounding area of the complex started going downhill but I can Catalina were doing the best they could. The walls are thin & there aren't any amenities. But if you're looking for a place to call home and be secure this complex is the one for you. They also keep it real & professional. Even through natural disasters, we were always notified and if any problems they came to immediately fix it. Love you ladies and I will miss y'all! Thank you for an enjoyable stay"

"Do NOT move here. This is by far the most unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful property management team I have ever encountered. The problems start at the property manager level and trickle all the way down to the leasing agents. Marla, Chauntel, & Tiffany (emphasis on Marla) could all use some retraining when it comes to customer facing roles, but I’m sure it won’t happen as this location does not care about the satisfaction of the people who put money in their pockets. The problem persists at the regional and corporate level.
Your calls, emails, and messages will intentionally go unanswered at any and all times of the day. The property’s upkeep is horrendous and the location is generally unsafe. The parking is so awful you will undoubtedly get towed multiple times throughout your lease. The office will find unscrupulous ways to take your money through unnecessary fees. All the one star reviews are 100% deserved and the fake 5-star reviews left by the staff are UNETHICAL. If you’re going to pay for an over-priced apartment, please do so elsewhere. Put your money towards a location that cares about your safety and well being. I wish I could give negative stars."
