"I moved to the complex last November, from NYC. Getting the apartment in a different state, online and over the phone is not an easy thing to do, but Michelle and the entire team (Beth, Michelle B. and Alicia) were so amazing and helpful in this process. They made my move and getting the apartment seem like an effortless process. The entire team is always willing to help with whatever issue I had (so far just small things) and more than ready to answer all of my questions. I don't see myself moving out of here any time soon. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an all inclusive and affordable place to live."
"For a newer apartment complex in the area, the maintenance staff that pickup trash in the breezeway at each apartment doors do not attempt to pickup trash on the breezeway floor.
If something breaks or falls on the ground, there it stays to grow bacteria for people to carry it off on their shoes into their homes or into their vehicles. Watch out for the stairways also."
"Michelle B has made this moving quick and easy. Very accommodating. The apartment is excellent."
"Being a previous Property Manager of a luxury community, I know how a move-in is supposed to go. My apartment wasn't perfect on move-in day but I can't tell you how much I appreciate they way this team has worked together to make us feel welcome and appreciated!! Both Michelle's and Isreal have made us very happy in our new home...we are all human and mistakes happen, it's the response to those 'life happened' moments that make all the difference in the world. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!!"
"My daughter lives here and has nothing but issues from the moment she moved in 5 months ago and the latest would be the complex telling their residents that they can not longer use their own internet provider. They also said that Comcast did not renew with them and pulled the equipment and wiring, in which Comcast said that was a lie that they do still service that area. They cannot make you switch your internet to the one they are using until your lease is up and to the residents there, the reason they want you to do that is more than likely they are getting a kick back from that company and the staff are getting paid for every resident that switches over. The lady in the office was caught in a lie twice yesterday regarding this issue.
This is just the first of a long line of issues, from the community and staff.
If you are thinking about living here run and do it fast.
Come to find out the apartments cancelled their contract with comcast to try and force their residents to go with this new more expensive provider so they can get money back.
Latest is they only provided her a renewal letter 44 days before her lease was up.
If you are thinking of this place keep going and find you somewhere else to live.

They try and send a generic reply that they are so concerned when for the term of her lease they have not been concerned about any of the issues that she has had. Again future residents run from this place as fast as you can."
