"I was in property managment for 12 years and have never treated my tenants the way this property treats theirs. The manager is absolute joke and will make every excuse in the book up. My daughter moved in to a unit that the carpet was discusting, they said oh we can send our house keeper to vacumn it. Then her washer goes out and they tell her at 8 months pregnant oh well you will need to use the one below you until we can get one for you. Like really how will tell soneone who is due to have a kid any day that if they want clean clothes that they need to walk down the stairs to the first floor. It's always one thing g after another with them, then the latest is her ac goes out the maintenance man says oh it will be a day and we will have one installed but for now here is a window unit but keep running yours as well to circulate the air, a week later still no AC and her electric bill is 345.00 on what they are averaging and the manager is like oh well I am in budget meetings and cannot handle any issues that arise, my team has to handle them. She also has a ceiling that has a huge water stain, a back door that water pours in when it rains.
All I can say is for the money you pay go find somewhere that is worth your money and where the staff care about you because here you are nothing to them. The manager couldn't even pick up the phone to call she has to hide behind a keyboard."
