"The apartments need to be remodeled. My AC broke down 2 times in 1 month, my fridge doesn’t work and the maintenance guy said he fixed it but still not cooling. The back of the apartment complex is a mess! Cars are parked in the grass, loud music, kids playing ball all day and won’t stop even if you are walking by. They will hit you with the ball and they hit the cars with the ball as well. My car has a million dents from other people hitting my car with their car door. I can’t wait for my lease to be over and I only been here around 4 months. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the girls from the front office are so nice! Specially Paula.. I use to leave here around 6 years ago by the front office and they where amazing!! I guess you get what you pay for. (Rent is cheap)"
"If any one has any issues you can always reporte it to haa. Or look up the owner and do everything in writing. Its because of you the resident they work there. It does not take two or more weeks to fix something.

"Don't come rent here. The maintenance is terrible, but above all the security, cars are stolen and thieves break in very easily. The mail in the mailboxes is stolen and they have no interest in solving it"
