"I have been staying for over a year now at copper Ridge apartment. The community and the surrounding are peaceful n well maintained. I had visited the office to renew my lease and the amount of paper work we got to go to wasn't pleasant. After the tedious process I did get a call again to fill yet another form cos I have accidentally clicked on a wrong option . My only suggestion to the management and the owners of the complex please upgrade and let's get digital to avoid the papers n mistakes it's saves the time makes its convenient n also beneficial for the environment."
"This is my first apt ever and I love living here , its so peaceful , very clean property and also very safe. Staff is great they are so understanding and helpful. Only thing that really sucks is they have no visitors parking and towing starts at 10pm."
"Been here for 2 years now . I love my apt . I love the staff and maintenance . They really go above and beyond to fix any issue or problem you may have . The apartments are well kept and maintenance jumps quick into action with work orders ❤️ the staff feels like family. They always have small events or programs for the people and their kids as well. "I use to love living here i lived here for like 1 year and 4 months but everything changed ones someone broke into my home and i have a autistic child and special need kid and i was alone home it was the scary thing i ever being through i felt so powerless. I had to run from there now they charging me $300 don't know for what plus they staying with the deposit that was $300 dollar when i didn't even wanted to move from my apartment. There's NO Camara don't really work they are there just for scaring people off
I'm traumatized forever and instead of apologizing they are charging me and trying to get more money out of me BE AWARE of this place if you have kids just look somewhere else"
"What a great place to live. I have been a resident at Copper Ridge going on my fourth year and it has been a very good stepping stone for my kids and myself. Since we have been here the staff has provided Toys for Tots for my children, after school and summer lunches and school supplies every year I have lived here. It is super quiet and there is a real sense of community here. As for the staff...Omgoodness they are the best. Mrs. Raquel is an awesome property manager that goes above and beyond providing here residents a safe and friendly place to live."
