"2022-2024 resident.
DO NOT MOVE HERE—THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! This apartment complex is nothing short of a disaster. It’s completely infested with roaches—I’ve seen them in the gym, crawling on the walls, and even inside my own apartment. If you have any aversion to pests, run the other way because this place is overrun.
The garage gate, which is supposed to provide security, is non-functional 99% of the time, leaving your vehicle vulnerable to the rampant thefts, robberies, and vandalism that plague this complex. The broken door locks throughout the building make it even worse. There is zero actual security despite their claims of “key fob access only” and “secured entry.”
To make matters worse, there was a homeless man living in the downstairs bathroom for who knows how long. The dummy cameras are just there for show, providing no real surveillance or protection.
This place is a total scam. They lure you in with promises of security and amenities, but what you get is a filthy, unsafe, and poorly maintained building. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. It’s not worth the constant stress and fear."
"This is move-in day. Lease signed Thursday…there was no flooring. Figured I give an extra day and move in on Saturday. These are a few of the pics that I arrived to. Video would show the roach infestation, pics won’t do justice. Each door or cabinet I opened, I was greeted by ROACHES; including the fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Already regretting my decision.

"Live here at your own risk. On 09/30/2024 there was a string of break ins which were a result of the parking garage being left open. The parking garage is 7 floors. Every single floor of the garage had cars that were broken into. When management were approached regarding the situation they told me that “crime happens everywhere.” Management also made me aware that the cameras do not work and our security officer was nowhere to be found. They can send out rent reminders but can’t address the issues that they have at hand. Also don’t bother calling the corporate number as they will not answer either. So on top of rent money residents are now having to also go get their windows replaced.
Almost every single door to enter the building is left unlocked at one point there was a homeless man living in the building. Weekends here are loud and rowdy.
Additionally the office will sit and watch residents call and not answer. They are also CONSISTENTLY late opening the office. If it’s not one thing it’s another. The prices reflex a luxury apartment but it’s literally the projects with nice countertops. Maintenance never answers requests. Your money is better spent elsewhere."

I have had 5 consecutive leaks in the 10 months I’ve been living in the apartment that has been completely outside of my control. Just know that the apartment complex employees and property manager don’t do jack shit about it so you’re completely on your own. I’ve had to call the fire department multiple times to rescue me when there has been catastrophic leaks that have left my apartment now ruined. As I am writing this right this is my 5th and final leak because now my apartment is ruined beyond repair. Definitely be ware before signing a lease."
"If I could give it zero stars, I would. The gates are constantly opened which is UNSAFE. The doors are never locked either, another safety issue. This apartment do not care about your safety. I have lived here for almost 3 years at this point and it’s gone downhill.
They NEVER answer the phone. NEVER!
There is also a roach problem around the complex as well.
Please listen to my review when I tell yall don’t move here. If you see any 5star ratings they are paid to do that.
Some of the staff is incredibly rude as well. They do not care about your problems."
