"Maintenance!!# Shout Out to Chris maintenance he is always wonderful every time something is wrong he doesn't hesitate to come check on it. It was a weekend once my AC wasn't working rite he came and put freon in the AC with no questions then after the storm hurricane Beryl we were with out electricity as soon as it came on to find out the compressor went out on the AC my apartment was at 88 degrees, he came once again and fixed the AC ... Great job I really appreciate him for always coming through... It's never a question or I'll get to it tomorrow. He's always on point.
Thanks Chris for all your hard work!!

"I was given keys and told turn lights onto an apartment that they were still fixing on. I came and saw many things wrong and requested they be fixed. I was told at the end of the day they were fixed just to come into the apartment and find roaches and nasty living conditions. I was let out the lease but charged two days of rent. When I requested they pay for the electric bill due to maintenance being the ones who used the energy to complete what should’ve been complete before I was given the keys, I was told by Raven that she didn’t have to let me out the lease and that I shouldn’t have accepted the keys if I didn’t want the apartment because she told me they had to add paneling to the door after I already signed the lease and drove an hour across town pick up the keys. I even asked the other office lady if I could return them and just wait until maintenance finishes and I was told to keep the keys. I was also told it was my decision to end the lease when everything was fixable, although she agreed with me over the phone that the apartment was not up to par when she walked it. It should’ve been fixed before and after I viewed and complained. Plus roaches in the kitchen sink and kitchen pantry as beyond fixable. That is an infestation. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Somehow it ended up being my fault that these apartments were horrible and not theirs. And I came out money for things beyond my control. I also paid extra for up to date appliances just to get rusty outdated ones. These are only a few pictures. The only good thing was that I was allowed the rest of my rent back excluding the two days worth and I was let out the lease without it going on my credit."
