"while this is a GREAT looking community, and I was excited to move there, the rental office Manager Angela was little to no help. Most communities with prospect tenants do everything they can to help/assist the prospect tenant. I was on a 60-day time limit. Angela sent me the link for Application and the paystubs, I work for IAH airport a very secured website. In trying to upload the paystubs I could not. I explained this to Angela and ask could I come and show her. Upon my arrival the internet cell service is very slow due to the office being a tab bit obstructed. I asked Angela could I use one of the computers (as most communities have computers for tenants) she advised it did not work, I asked about WiFi she said there was no wifi. No assistance at all in regards to assisting me. She was determined that was the only way she would take the paystubs is through that website, so why not help me get it done. Then there was the issue of Rent Grow having wrong information I reached out to them, and it took them over a month to respond, I also reached out to Angela to see if she received any updates from Rent Grow, and she was always vague and dismissive as if my money was already gotten/taken. By this time, I had found me a 3-bedroom townhouse nestled in a great community in Kingwood/Humble. I asked Angela about receiving a portion of my application fees which was $215 dollars and was told they typically do not give money back, but their website advises "IT IS THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGER" I found this quite insulting as she did not want to assist me in obtaining the paystubs in any kind of way, my money was basically STOLEN from me. She did not do anything to provide assistance except take my money. This was a crucial time for me, and this made it more stressful as I had already put in my 60-day notice to move, and she just disregarded my business completely. $215 dollars is a lot to just be taken especially when you are trying to move. I have had great experiences with other complexes who will assist in any way they can to help get you in the community, I could not get assistance with just submitting my paystubs. @Edgewater I have called the office multiple times as you advised and no one answers. You have my information. Please call me to discuss. I am still upset about the way I was handled/disregarded and still being disregarded."
