"I have been living at Eleve Apartments for quite some time now, and I must say, the property is truly amazing. The office staff are exceptionally sweet and responsive. I’m not sure what the last review was about, but it doesn’t reflect my experience here.

In particular, Ashley Henderson deserves a special mention. She consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, and I’ve witnessed her dedication on multiple occasions. The team is always ready to help with any issues or concerns, making living here a pleasant experience.

Regarding the ongoing construction, I understand that there is only so much the office can do to expedite the process. While I am eager to use the putt-putt golf area, I am willing to wait. The quality of service and the wonderful living environment at Eleve Apartments make it worth it.

Overall, I highly recommend Eleve Apartments for anyone looking for a great place to live with outstanding management."

She did amazing job walking through the property and explaining the application process in detail. She even went above and beyond to accommodate my current living circumstances so I wouldn't miss out on the opportunity to take part in securing the currents months promotion!

I was able to secure my residence and look forward to being a member of the Eleve community!"

"The apartment complex is brand new and really nice. I moved here last week. There were a couple of maintenance issues when I moved in but Fernando and Ashley got things taken care of right away. I have zero complaints.

UPDATE: After about a month of living here, I realized that choosing a brand new apartment complex was a bad decision. They really need to work out the kinks before they move anyone else in. Random non-residents walking around at night. One night, someone stole the tires off a vehicle parked in the visitors parking lot and it was literally sitting on bricks for weeks. Cops are always around the area for one reason or another. It’s honestly not the safest area even though it’s in Humble. I literally brought a brand new car last month and did not feel comfortable parking it outside so I got a garage. Getting the garage was a nightmare within itself but that’s another story for another day.

Walls are thin which is to be expected but I literally had a toddler thumping on me and my son’s head every night at 2am-3am. Mosquitoes and flies are everywhere because they haven’t sealed all the doors yet so make sure you don’t have this problem like I did. Again, they should have made sure everything was in tact before they moved folks in here. I had to bomb my place to get rid of the mosquitoes and flies because those mosquitoes were biting me and my son up. Their pest control service sucks by the way so keep that in mind. I also seen a live roach right before I moved out which I’m assuming came from the valet trash outside when they don’t pick it up on schedule. And don’t let me get started on the weed smoke smell throughout the hallways. People really need to use their balconies when they want to smoke but I digress.

Maintenance is pretty good. Ashley and Fernando are really nice people but sometimes they say anything to push you off. Ashley is always so clueless about stuff but maybe that’s because they don’t communicate with each other??? I don’t know but I’ve had to go to corporate on more than one occasion. And corporate is very responsive so at least they care.

The amenities are great! I honestly enjoyed the amenities more than I did the apartment itself.

Overall, it’s not a bad place if they work out some of the kinks. I think once they build the shopping center, the neighborhood will be a lot better. They just need to work on making sure the actual apartments are in good condition before moving in, and they need better communication in the front office. Other than that, it’s not a bad place. I still decided to buy myself out the lease and move out although I could have stayed at Eleve since my new job was 100% remote. But staying at Eleve was a big no. I just feel like for $2200/mo, it’s not worth the headache, especially when my son is getting bit up by mosquitoes every night, and a toddler is thumping on his head at 2am when he has to go to school the next day. But everyone is different. These may be minor issues to you, but those issues were major for me and my son so we left. But good luck to everyone who decides to move here. Hopefully you will have a better experience!"

"STAY AWAY! READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING ONLINE!!! If I could rate a 0, I would.

Unfortunately I was scammed by this complex, which is now leading me to file a petition in small claims for a refund plus Inconvenience fees and the headache I had to deal with.

Long story as short as possible - I went about applying online for a specific date and rent amount in September. Hence, it was almost July and I had to give two months notice to my current tenant that I would be moving. (As for anywhere you move)

My move in date was initially set for September at a little under $2k. I went about applying, paying application fees, verification of income, and so forth. I was indeed approved and good to go. I took time off work to go in and tour the complex in detail. Ashley Henderson was my guide and I’m assuming the complex manager. She initially asked my name and move in date. My move in date was never any surprise to either Fernando nor Ashley. They both knew what I applied for. I was told by Ashley that my move in date and amount was locked into the system. I leave and later that day I received a email from Fernando stating I would have to move in in July since the apartment was ready now… lol, I’m sorry??? How do you just request someone to move in 2 months prior to the original date agreed and signed for when applying? I stated I could not and I was told I would indeed be receiving my complimentary month in September… fast forward to the next email- I was then told they would change my rate by $400 since it was a new date from my application and rates had changed. Are you crazy??

Legally I did not sign for my credit to be ran and my card to be charged for a rate that’s $400 more than what I initially agreed to. This complex was all over the place and a headache to work with. I was told I should have called before applying. If that’s the case, why is your rates and availability extended over 2 months out online? You shouldn’t even have the option open! I was also told they didn’t see the move in date but that was the first thing Ashley asked me. I can’t stand liars. This is why I keep record and video everything when dealing with my money. I will now be coming for my application fee, my application fees from other complexes that I declined after being told I was approved here, and also compensation for running my credit for a rate I did not approve. I was refraining from writing this review because I was told my refund was sent via mail which I never received. Right game, wrong tenant. I stand on respect and principles and this complex is not honest. The amount requested in rent for the area and crime rate is crazy. I would have paid what I initially agreed to but nothing more. I have more than enough videos and screenshots to show the shady game they played.
