"This location is absolutely awesome if you are looking for somewhere in the Heights with great views of Downtown thru to Uptown.
That being said.... I have to give 1-star based on the viewing appointment experience - No units to view in-person, Lack of answers to any detailed questions, Seemingly lack of general interest in leasing to us.
I visited for a scheduled appointment, which included viewing one of the apartments to understand what is being offered in person. I got the distinct impression from the moment that we entered the leasing office we were judged to be not worth the time to be offered to stay there, and was only shown the building amenities, with a common answer being that we can "see" them virtually.
All-in-all, it seems like a potentially good complex (at least based on location and what we were allowed to see), but there is no way I can recommend confidently based on the customer experience."
"My experience at Ellison Heights has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff here (especially Eric) goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction, making every interaction pleasant and efficient.
The amenities provided are top-notch, catering to every aspect of comfortable living. Whether it's lounging by the pool or breaking a sweat in the well-equipped fitness center, there's something for everyone here. The attention to detail in the design and maintenance of the common areas truly sets this complex apart.
As for the living spaces, they exceed expectations. My apartment is not only spacious and modern but also thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes and appliances. The attention to soundproofing ensures a peaceful environment, despite being centrally located in vibrant Houston.
Location-wise, it doesn't get much better than this. Situated in a prime spot in the Heights with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, and dining options, Ellison Heights offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility."
"Great place ! Great location, quiet, caters to grownups, not those looking for a frat house type place, which is what I want.
The best part of living here is the management in the front office on site. They’re very responsive, they care about the people that live here, and they try their best to make things right. No place is perfect, elevators break, parking gates need adjustment from time to time, etc. That’s every apartment complex, Everywhere. At least here when something needs to be addressed the front office staff does everything in their power to make it right as fast as possible..
Most notably, Eric is exceptional to work with, always funny and happy no matter what is going wrong, or most often going right. He cares about what happens here.
Would I prefer to live on a beach or villa on the Riveria? Of course , but Ellison is clearly a great alternative until I win Powerball, and where I have renewed my lease twice already."
"Beautiful property and an excellent tour, but I've had extreme difficulty getting in touch with them to set up a lease. Despite numerous attempts via email (6+, through the website and leasing agents I met during my visit) and phone calls, I haven't received any response. Unfortunately, this is a major red flag, leaving me unsure about moving forward, even if they eventually get back to me."
"I have been searching for a new complex to move to for months now. I had been eyeing this property b/c it’s in the perfect location but I have been checking the reviews daily to see what others had to say about the leasing staff, amenities, and the look and feel of the property since it’s new.
I do not currently live close to the area so I was banking on the reviews to give me motivation to actually drive there. I found some time to go tour the property and it is absolutely gorgeous. Jose was so kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions. He made me feel so comfortable and welcomed at the community. Someone just left a review and it wasn’t very good lol but hey we are all human and maybe he was just having a bad day. I loved him. His demeanor is genuine and you can tell he’s very passionate about what he does. The professionalism he displayed was what really made him stand out. Thank you Jose!"
