"If I could give zero stars, I would. The move-out fees were ridiculous. I was charged $120 in cleaning fees when I cleaned the apartment well. My dog did damage the carpet, that I understand, but everything else seemed like a scam. Like they were punishing me for having an ESA animal and leaving. Everything is white I lived in it for two years!! I never received a copy of my itemized move charges and was never notified I had a bill. If I owed money, why didn't I receive a notification like I would if I owed rent or any other charge? Then I was told it went to collections! SHADY! Stealing from working people. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance. I had my car broken into TWICE; they did not care or seem concerned. The gate is broken constantly. The appliances are ancient, and yet they kept increasing my rent...for what? BLACK MOLD in the vents I was continually suffering from allergies. I never write reviews, but I have time TODAY!"
"My husband and I lived here for 2 years, and we should have known better when they wouldn't allow us to see the apartments until we signed a lease. Management is unhelpful and shady. The one positive thing I can say is that they had great maintenance staff that keep the grass and bushes looking nice. If you decide to rent here, be sure to keep a copy of your lease agreement for at least one year after you decide to leave. They tried to charge us over $2,000 in move out fees even though we did everything by the book when moving out. The staff tried to give us the run-around and avoid our phone calls so that they could send us to collections. We ended up having to drive 3 hours to the leasing office and argue with them, reading our lease agreement to them, until they finally removed the charges. As a final goodbye, they added an arbitrary charge as we drove away from the apartments so that they could retain our deposit. Affordable place to live with somewhat decent neighbors, but management pretty much ruins it."
"I have lived her for over a year. This is one of the best places I have lived. The grounds are always well kept, with no trash. The office personnel are always so helpful and the maintenance staff is always so prompt. I have never had 2 wait more than 24 hours for a maintenance request. I was in property management for 5 years, so I know 1st hand what the staff has to go through. Thank you for all of your hard work and making this feel like a home."
"Man they scam when you move out, didn’t invoice for over 9 months of anything left to pay and sends to credit collectors. When they simply didn’t invoice anything also they keep your deposit and don’t use it to cover any move out fees without explanation. Was cool to live at but they try and nickel and dime you."
"To Corporate Office: Your property is dishonest, racist who steal and scam. They have jeopardized my character and slandered my name. I felt threatened.They will manipulate and attempt to charge you for things you didn't do so they can keep your deposit. I'm so appalled. I genuinely liked my unit and neighbors."
