Why are you reporting my review as false , along with many pictures I posted as false when the proof is right there with the pictures and my review is consistent with everyone else? I'm just being straight forward. Also, why are you flying the American flag like that? Very disrespectful!

Funny how you're making it sound like your ONE garbage compactor is hardly full and messy (like the pictures I posted), along with you making it sound like it's always functional. I posted more pics just for you. I have plenty more, too! You want to say I'm making up stories about that filthy place yet, look at the other reviews. Very consistent because it's the truth! Also, you wanna clap back at past residents that complained about the pest problem saying it's up to them to keep their place roach free and you offer extermination services. Well,it's hard to remain roach free whenever you don't have maintenance clean out your many many vacant apartments! We have all witnessed you guys leaving trash in the vacant apartments for months, some you still haven't gotten to. It's impossible to remain roach free whenever you allow your uninhabitable apartments to remain filthy, while you allow trash all over the complex and outside your overflowing compactor! I have plenty more pictures as proof and have no problem adding them if you want.
Horrible, disgusting, dirty place! One garbage bin for a whole apartment complex while they have the worst people walking around there asking you for money. You cant take fifty steps without worrying about stepping in a pile of dog feces while thier rent is outrageous because they compare prices to other NICE apartments the same size. Why charge premium prices for the most disgusting apartments in Pasadena/Deer Park? Dont believe me? See for yourself. The place is at 40% or lower capacity for legit reasons.
Those 5 star reviews? All employees or ex employees that want to be on the owner's good side. It's obvious. To all you new employees, you will either quit or get fired soon enough. Be sure you take down the fake reviews of yours as soon as it happens."
"Worst apts ever!!!! The managers are a JOKE! they have no idea how to handle business properly!!! The property itself is very trashy. They only have one trash bin with overflowing trash. They do not have a working gym. They do not have a working basketball court. Playground is broken. Water is rusty and also they turn off with out notice several times per month!!!! Lastly I wish they would enforce the speed limit. The managers are the one that like to speed around the apartments. They have no courtesy for the residence!!! Sad sad sad!"
"The WORST APARTMENTS to live in!!!! They Tow ur truck almost every other night. Spent well over 1000 in the first 2 weeks of staying there just to keep getting my car out the impound!!! Office doesn’t Help any. Roaches ? everywhere. They don’t exterminate apparently. And when you try to bring up the situation of either the roaches are the towing the people in the office somehow either ignore you or pop an attitude with you. So I would definitely say do not live here. Don’t waste your time or your money!!!

"Hilda our leasing agent was amazing, and so is management, worked with us and our situation to get us approved for what we needed. We appreciate everybody in the office so much. The apartments are nice and spacious!
Update: We’ve been here almost a year now and plan on staying! We’ve had no issues whatsoever here, the office ladies are just as wonderful, the manager is so sweet, maintenance is wonderful to. Also there is a security guard, i don’t see many things on here about him but he is the sweetest. He always waves to us at the gate, i see him driving and walking around often at night to ensure everybody’s safety. He always greets me and my son whenever we are walking around. He makes the community here so much better. Thank you guys for all that you do!"

I was recently,
kicked outta here unjustly, from a biased, & prejudistic The Falls Of Deer Park (TFDP) management that manages @ TFDP.
I was fraudulently, as well as my son, of insisting, by the manager, for a squatter to sleep on my neighbor's porch, overnight only many times. I informed the management several times, that we had not encouraged this particular squatter of sleeping overnight here. However, she insisted we did & because of her prejudistical attitude, we were kicked out. It is my immediate plan to seek "Renter's Rights" assistance for her unjustly kicking me out & refusing to work with me to rid this squatter of staying outside on another tenant's porch
'nother bad problem of TFDP apartments is the security system is very little to no security system @ all. My 2000 personal vehicle truck has been vandalized 4 times in my 7 year residence here. TFDP vandals:
1. In 2019, a TFDP vandal placed water in my fuel tank with only deflating all 4 of my tires
2. In 2020, a TFDP vandal tore up my instrument dash, from left to right, in order to steal my radio
3. In 2021, a TFDP vandal threw a child's bike @ my rear window shattering & completely breaking out my rear window
4. In 2022, a TFDP vandal stole only my front license plate leaving my rear plate attached to my rear bumper
Yes, except for water in my fuel tank, I have police reports on 3 of the 4 vandalization that occurred here & plan now since I thankfully don't reside here anymore to get in touch with a lawyer for help me recover, if possible, what I lost with my personal vehicle parked overnight here in TFDP parking lot.
Seems from my observation with residing here & talking to individuals who voluntarily moved from TFDP that it was TFDP management that they were unhappy as well as disgusted with. Seems to me like TFDP is shutting down this complex with tenants, having moved out since 2022 & TFDP leaving those apartments, who once resided there & moved out in 2022 - 2023, still dirty, with many venetian blinds missing, blind bars bent, & torn up!
With the bad vandalizations that has occurred to my truck o'er my residential years that I reside here that I come to the conclusion that "This is my first, with moving outta my residential home to move here, & my last time I ever want to reside in another apartment complex again!"
So please:
ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT COME HERE IF LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT!!

Strange that I & my son agreed with following "the rules" that I wanted to work with you to get this squatter, who again, I or my son did not encourage him to come here in the first place, as you have stated & again, told you we did not encourage this squatter to reside here but management refuse to cooperate with us to achieve the ultimate goal to getting & keeping this squatter out & off of TFDP properties.
(As much as we want all resident's to live in our community as long as possible, but that must not come at the expense of other residents safety.)
Most illogical! Where was this safety at, as you've stated, of myself & my personal property in yer call of, "in safety" in vandalizing my personal property (truck) in 2019? Where you @ in 2019?

Why would I personally, want to encourage squatters & vandals to come here & vandalize TFDP & TFDP tenant's properties, when my own personal property (truck) was bodily damaged, as I described in my last review statement, by vandals, roaming the complex, by an opened walk thru gate, of the TFDP property complex & with my personal property (truck), parked on the TFDP property. Your statement is most illogical sir!"
