"This is the view from our window just before the city closed the pool at the beginning of the summer in May. The city found about 6 items that needed attention. All were items that could have been fixed in 1 or 2 weeks. However the pool was closed for TWO months. The excessive delay was due to the manager and owners lack of interest. I cannot recommend this place."
"This place is a dump. Don't move there and run. They have mice that will come into your apartment like they pay rent and will bring their roach friends. Also when you move out they will find every and any excuse not to give you your deposit."
"Virginia is the apartment manager. I left the apartment on good terms. She came up to the apartment as I was leaving and asked me to leave several pieces of furniture that I had planed on throwing out. I called her over and over again about my deposit. She claimed she had to wait for one of my electricity bills to come in because the electricity bills always ran a month after the electricity was actually used and goes through the apartment. Renters pay their electric bill to her. I kept calling and she would not give me direct answers about the deposit. I wrote her a letter to the office demanding that I be given either my deposit back or an itemized list of any deductions taken out. That is my legal right. She still would not respond despite having my address and my phone number. I continued to call and she continued to give me mumbley indirect answeres then suddenly claimed that the deposit was used to clean things I did not clean when I left. I told her that is fine, but that she STILL has to give me a list of the exact prices of everything taken out of my deposit. She tried to threaten me by saying "Okay! I will do that!! Maybe I will find out that YOU actually owe ME!" She expected that saying this would scare me and that I would back down. Instead, I said "Okay!! That is fine as long as I can see the list." She said she would call me back with that information and of coursw didn't. My rights have been violated. I lived at this apartment from August 2014 to November 2015."
"Couple of apartment complexes have tried SEVERAL times to contact this manager for a rental verification. The manager is VERY rude, so unprofessional, she never answers her phone and she's never in her office. If we had the Management Companies name, we would gladly send a huge email about her rudeness and unprofessionally. I don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone."
"Nice apartment. Lots of new rehab. Overall it’s clean and nice with a pool. We enjoyed living here. The property management is responsive and professional."
