"Lets first address the fact that I went to see your complex about 2.5 yrs. ago when I did the first thing I noticed was the gate was open for any and every one to come in 2.5 yrs. later I return to see the gate still wide open and told the same story we are working on it got bids out wow 2.5 yrs. and still not fixed which would explain why you have a hoarder in the apartment I was shown this time yes when they unlocked the door a man was in this apartment and the lady said who are you and why are you in this apartment and told him to leave. Now asking me if I am interested in that apartment which I should have never been show it in the first place because I was NOT ready and it was like a war zone in side Now 2.5 yrs ago the same leasing lady told me they were fixing the parking lot and guess what 2.5 yrs later I return to see it the same and was told the same story I was told 2.5 yrs ago we have bid out on it to get it fixed Also the leasing lady could not get the doors unlocked to either apartment she was going to show me why because she did not bring the right keys very professional Ask yourself would you rent an apartment that was shown to you that was not ready to be seen and looked like a war zone with a hoarder inside it with all your gates open Well if your answer is YES then feel free to sign the lease there"
"Bad place, in two years that I have been in this country I had never felt so discriminated for being black. Today 5:23 pm I arrive at the office looking for help and it turns out that I close the door in my own face and also lack of respect. Don't move to this condo is the worst.they don't fix anything, the streets in poor condition, cockroaches, mice, terrible administration, you don't know which is worse. I need a number where you can call to report this."
"The apartments are well kept, looks nice not so much trash,like when I first saw the building. The guy who actually comes out and picks up after these dirty tenants,his name is Chancellor, I told him he was doing great work! since there are children that do live here and these tenants that don’t pick up after their glass beer on the floor. He actually does great work to make the property look clean."

I felt very welcome the staff was very detailed and welcoming
I really liked that the manager Daniel Came out and introduced Him self He asked how did we liked the tour and if there was anything he could do for us ."
