"As with any apartment community, things are not perfect, however I've just renewed my lease. I enjoy living here as it's a small well maintained community that's extremely quiet and peaceful! The property has good exterior lighting, clean grounds, and a sparkling pool. Ms. Hilda is on top of her game and Mr. Eli has never failed to complete my maintenance requests on the same day received. I have never felt insecure here, living single."
"I absolutely loved the apartment,(hidden gem in Baytown ) mostly quite 90% of the time , the only thing I didn't like were the entitlement rude inconsiderate people up stairs absolutely no respect , and all the "stray "cats allowed to run around and spray everything . Would I live there again absolutely , but hopefully I'll never have to live in apartments again."

"I lived there for 6 years and just recently moved out. Hilda is an awesome property manager and on top of everything. Every time I needed anything it always happened same day or next day if it was sent in late. I did a final walk with Hilda and I am getting almost all of my deposit back. I would be getting all of it back, but on my part there was somethings I should have taken care of. Unlike most apartment complexes where they try to keep it all. If had not bought a house I would still be living there. I highly recommend these apartments."
