"I really confused, there was very nice stuff and good management, now is very difficult to find the leasing office opened or to get answer to your phone call. Complex is very danger and they stopped the security officer.
We are without hot water from the last week, they choose the worst weather to do maintenance and maintenance takes 2 weeks… They think we are prisoners not residents.
Update 01/27/2022
We stopped submitting maintenance request even if we have issue because they take more than 2 weeks to come, but they started to make issues themselves as the don’t have professional maintenance staff, we started to get hot water through cold water taps. So we submitted request but we will stay without cold water till they show up.
I’ll keep adding the issues here under update title with date.

My car got stolen, because they allowed everyone from everywhere to park in front of our apts and watch and inspect us fortunately police found.
No hot water from the beginning of Winter and we sent around 5 maintenance requests and no respond.
Rent got increased. I’ll keep updating my review every period.. pictures showing my stolen car

No hot water at night, yesterday I came late and took cold water shower because of no hot water, Now people parking at the corner and dragging, no security or anyone can ask them to leave.
Update: 12/25/2023
Suddenly and without and notifications, we waked up without hot water all they day and temperature is 58, hot water used to stop whenever weather became cold.

They asked for insurance and I asked my insurance agency to email them my insurance policy copy and they did, and they accepted it for around 2 months then started fine me $20 each month as you have no insurance, I’m kind of busy and thought my policy may be canceled or so, but lately I find the insurance company still charges me monthly and never missed any payment, contacted the agent and found my policy still active and they charge me extra $20 all these months for no reason. I asked them to refund me, but they never did yet. Will update here if they refund it fairly.

Our oven heater is not working, I requested repair and maintenance decided that the shield under the heater is the reason and that shield is under customer responsibility and we ordered that, maintenance guy says this shield is the reason and the heater still not working and we don’t know what to do."
"Last week, my air conditioner went out, and I called Sabrina in the front office and she had it fixed within a couple hours, these apartments are very good on maintenance and getting on top of everything"

i have dealt with
rats,pest control issues, ac leaks, plumbing issues, MOLD and etc
they won’t fix the issue i have been dealing with them in and out of my unit and they have yet to fix the problem’s. they seem to fix it “temporarily” only a matter of time that your dealing with the problem again
below is pictures of the issue i am and have been currently dealing with every time they come to my unit they say the problem is fixed and it’s not (they also expect me to clean this up my self)"

"This place has a slew of maintenance issues and really needs some work. You can’t contact any one in the leasing office, there’s clearly a bug issue here & will be contacting the local news station if issues stem not going to be fixed these are not livable conditions for anyone. They have old appliances, offer money to people for fake 5 star reviews. The leasing agents are very RUDE and act like they don’t want to help you. Steer clear from renting here."
