"Not going to lie, I was a little nervous with things when I first moved in. I moved in the middle of management change.
There were a few problems when I moved in that were of great concern, but I tell you what within a month EVERYTHING had changed.
Maintenance is on it. They are fun and get things done. The office works are so caring and want to make things right.
My grandson loves the playground. He also loves seeing all of the things in the gym. The grounds are well-kept and peaceful."
"Don’t even bother applying unless you want to get robbed of money for their steep application fee. I needed a place to live ASAP and liked the prices I saw online and saw that they offered lower rates considering I am disabled with a lower income. I applied for a unit for myself, my service dog, and my cat. After waiting for a few days without any response back. I called and nobody had any idea that I had applied and that my application was still pending, awaiting further verification. I asked what I needed to provide and was told by not only the leasing agent but the office manager that it would be emailed to me. I called and reminded them twice and I have still yet to receive anything, nor have they bothered to reach out. 100% robbed of $150 I couldn’t afford to waste, and seems like they didn’t want to bother any further.
Thankyou Harbor Point, for absolutely guaranteeing that I will not be leasing from your property or any others owned or managed by Central Partners.

"Do not move to these apartments. If I could put zero stars I would.
Constant changing staff no one has any information at any time.
Broken air conditioning for months at a time unresolved to the point we had to purchase our own window units, mold, flooding parking lot, pest issues, people are allowed to let their dogs poo everywhere and it stinks so bad.
The pool is always closed, maintenance takes forever to resolve issues if they do at all. Homeless people live in the field next to these apartments and there’s always cars being broken into.
The parking lot floods terribly with the least amount of rain so when it’s a downpour it’s ridiculous.
Random fees are charged that you have to dispute.
These units are in just awful condition and definitely NOT worth the price point.
I am attaching photos that speak for themselves. DO NOT MOVE HERE. No one will give me info to contact corporate this is the worst experience renting we have ever had."
"Not a tenant, but I went to go look at them.. asked for information, and looked at the show room. While talking to the lady in front, another lady came in asking when someone would come fix her ceiling because it was damaged for a while. Which, 1st red flag. Went on a tour, the pool is GREEN. I’m not talking about “oh it’s just a little green” no it was dark, you can’t see into it. I asked how long it was like that, she said they were new management and planning to get it fixed. But reviews have shown new management several months ago. 2nd red flag. After leaving, feeling as if I was not really wanted, i walked around to look and spoke to a tenant. Asking their thoughts on the place. They told me their AC has been out since they moved in and no one has fixed it, would not recommend anyone staying there. Say less. If I noticed all this just from a tour, I can’t IMAGINE how the renters feel living there."
"I have been living here since January. We got new management about a month or two ago, and there have been several positive changes. I put in a work request and they were on the job right away. My AC went out and after it was fixed they made sure to come back to check for mold or any buildup. They are working tirelessly to make sure the drains have been cleared from the raining. People are now able to park in our designated places. Aretha is amazing in making sure all of our needs are met. The building is much cleaner and organized as well. I think they are doing a superb job of getting these units together!"
