"Management has changed for the 3rd time since this property opened in 2021 and with each change things get worse. Management is now under Willow Bridge and at this point I don't have much confidence their being here will improve anything.
There's dog poop everywhere. You cannot walk in the grass and sometimes you have to be careful even walking on the sidewalk because people are letting their dogs poop on the pavement and are just leaving it!! No one is picking up after their dogs anymore and management has not addressed this, and it's been months that this has been an issue. The new staff also have yet to formally introduce themselves to the tenants here, so I have no idea who's who or who the manger is at this property.
We also have a valet trash service and before management changed to Willow Bridge we were already having issues with people leaving trash out for days when they fail to sit it out on time for pick up, as well as them leaving the empty can outside the door for days. Trash cans are to be brought in by the morning time, but no one seems to be enforcing this.
We've had several move ins/outs in the last few months and that has resulted in certain pests traveling into our unit that we've never had to deal with before in addition to the spiders, (silverfish & earwigs -which may be due to excess moisture as a result of the shoddy construction), and ants that kind of come with the territory. However, we're charged monthly for pest control, but I have not seen them treating the entire property for maintenance purposes consistently in probably years. Sign a lease here at your own risk! Too many brand-new apartment options around here for them to not get things in order."
"At first Haven at Bellaire was absolutely beautiful, but after 4 months living here I regret 100.10% choosing this apartment complex . Trash is everywhere , gate is always broken , mail area ALWAYS broke and let’s not say that the pets area is never cleaned, I feel so unsafe w/taking my service dogs out !!!! I never know if they might get sick …. Ants all over our bedroom and living room and to top it off they are charging for pets control WITHOUT having a CONTRACT w/ a pets control company. Absolutely disappointing…. If I had to choose I would contract w/ Haven at Mission Bend !"
"I have lived at the apartment for 4 months now. The apartments are spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and calm without any problems. I have had great response from the the front office. The only issue I would say is that some of the tenants do not pick up after themselves and leave trash laying around as well as speed through the parking lot. The pool area also had some trash laying around, but it looks like the maintenance crew does their best. Also, recently the front gate has been staying open during off-hours, which at the beginning of my lease did not happen. Overall, I would say that my stay here for the past couple of months have not been bad."
"My cousin and uncle came to visit and even tho their car was added to the parking website for 24 hours they still got towed. Spoke to the leasing office and they stated the car wasn’t parked in a “visitor parking”. First of all did not know there was a specific area for visitors to park. The signs for visitor parking are barely visible, had to drive around and get close to be able to read and see them. Also the visitor parking spots are really far away from the building to be having a 74 year old walk all the way inside. It’ll be a lot nicer to send the resident an email letting them know they cannot park there and to please move the car, you can see which apartment that vehicle is visiting. Instead of just towing straight up."
"Best apartment complex in Richmond, I have lived here a year now and I just renewed my lease. The staff is very friendly and attentive, maintenance is quick and reliable, the neighborhood overall is pretty peaceful. They really care about their residents and make living here an incredible experience."
