"Their gym needs MAJOR improvements. Broken weights and machines falling apart. Carpet ripping and they provide no mirrors or access to the restroom for after hour use."

"The apartments here are nice, but the cleanliness is next to none. The first floor hallways reek of dog feces and urine and you'll even see dog feces smeared all over the floor. There's only one elevator for the entire complex and the elevator sometimes reeks of something unexplainable. The maintenance men are amazing, but the tenants here do zero to help with the cleanliness of the environment; making it an unpleasant place to come home to."

They do not miss any opportunity of swindling money here and there over the top of rent and other committed charges. I lived here for quite a long time to ultimately realize all the other complaints about the property were actually correct. I have quite a few examples of such incidents that happened with me making me realize of the mistake I committed by deciding to stay here. Please feel free to reach out in case you are interested in learning about them and deciding for yourself. I have lived in many such residential complexes in my life, but I have never come across a property as terrible as this one."
