"Welcoming place to live in. Very spacious rooms and area. I'm looking forward to the pool during summer.
Originally toured with Sandra and she was helpful with the paperwork and with answering questions. Also spoke with Christina and she was also pleasant to work with. Gym room is nice and they do have a Smith machine/rack set up with cables. Overall I've had a nice, warm experience here and I look forward to coming home. Definitely would recommend to check out."
"We had the pleasure of working with Christine during our recent apartment search, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!! From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive and professional. Christine took the time to understand our needs and preferences, providing us with a selection of apartments that perfectly matched our criteria.
Christine answered all our questions promptly and guided us through every step of the leasing process, making it seamless and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel valued as a client.
We highly recommend Christine to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable leasing agent here at Haven. Thank you for making our apartment search a wonderful experience ?"
"I didn't mean to get a tour on the day I came just wanted a little info but Christine was such a breath of fresh air. She was attentive, very knowledgeable and sweet. She got me to view 2 apartments which were just the right size for my needs. I hope to live hear soon. Beautiful apartments."
"The staff here are wonderful. They have all been extremely helpful through the application process and with my move. My children absolutely loved the hot cocoa bar and taking photos with Santa! Great place to live! Highly recommend!!"
"Just moved in about three weeks ago and all I can say is wow! It’s so new and fancy! The office staff are all so nice, and the best part is they communicate. Love that. Haven’t had a maintenance issue. Love the area too, the school is chefs kiss!
Only improvement suggestion is to stop towing. It’s awful to think you may walk out to find your guests car towed. Just not necessary as it’s a lease up…so parking is not an issue. Having a towing company just drive around to look for vehicles to tow is awful. (Would be understandable if there was a parking issue, but there’s not.)"
