"I waited till I lived here for a couple months before I left a review.
This place is exactly what I had envisioned it to be. Everything is right nearby if anyone needs to go anywhere. Parking is safe too, I've seen the metro police, sheriff department sitting at times.
It's peaceful, clean, safe, and beautifully maintained.
But none of that would be possible without the people who run this place, they are awesome, especially maintenance. Things are taken care of promptly which is a huge plus. I don't worry much about living here about things going wrong because I know everyone is on top of things here. I definitely recommend staying here."

"Joel, the Maintenance Supervisor, is amazing at his job! He always addresses me by name and is extremely polite. Every time he has to come to my apartment he makes sure that he has taken care of my needs before he leaves. That’s good because I’m very forgetful. He is 5 Stars!!"

"I have only been living here a month and I already love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The property is always well maintained! The maintenance crew is professional, thorough and friendly. I especially love the fact that everyone keeps their pets on a leash the way they are expected to do. I really love it here! Helen and her team all work together to make sure we have the best and safest living experience possible!"
"This is the worst apartment you could ever live in. First of all, it is infested with roaches, spiders, and other bugs. Even after I requested pest control to come to my apartment, the roaches continued to appear. I’ve lived here for 3 months already and there’s not one day that I haven’t seen roaches.
There is no security at all. This is what the manager answered about security, “We have partnered with the Harris Sheriff's Office to provide additional presence in our community. A sheriff's deputy serves as a community monitor, regularly patrolling the property and addressing any safety concerns.” This is absolutely BS. There is no one patrolling the area. There is just one sheriff vehicle parked outside the office, with no one inside the vehicle. I have NEVER, not even once, seen the “sheriff” who’s supposed to be patrolling the area. There is absolutely no security, and they do not care about our safety.
PARKING is a big issue. They only have limited reserved parking, that of course you have to pay extra for. If you don’t get a reserved parking, you have to park in the Metro garage which is a pretty far walk from the apartments. The garage is also very scary and not safe at all. There are cars that have been there for YEARS and they don’t get towed. When we first moved in, they told us there was no reserved parking available at the moment. So, we were forced to park in the metro garage. Well thanks to that, I got my vehicle stolen last week, barely 2 months living in these apartments. When we talked to the neighbors, they told us that that is very common here. When we spoke to the office people about it, they said they were pretty familiar with these situations. So, they knew that the parking garage is not safe and they did not warn us about it. Also, they did not do anything about the situation of my stolen vehicle. They seemed like they did not care at all. We requested to break the lease because of all these reasons, especially because we don’t feel safe since we feel like we were getting stalked, until our car got stolen. Well, they did not care and they are still making us pay 2 more months of rent plus and extra month of fees. Why would they force me to stay 2 more month when I don’t feel safe. I have a baby, and another one on the way, and I cannot put my family’s safety at risk. Well, they did not care about that at all.
Also, there are always homeless people outside of the apartments, who look very scary, like if they are on drugs, and they always leave their trash and a mess right there.
Another thing, the hallways stink. They smell horrible. There are always trash spills all over the hallways and it takes weeks for them get cleaned up. The smell literally makes me want to throw up.
When we first moved in, the washer had mold, it looked like it was oxidized, and it had a super strong horrible smell. The dryer had water inside it. It took more than 2 weeks to get it replaced with another old washer.
Also, the office people are super rude. They do nothing to try to help us out. They always have an attitude, and they do not care not even a bit about any issue you may have.
These are the worst apartments ever. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS."
"If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. The management here is absolutely atrocious—unprofessional, incompetent, and completely disrespectful. Moving in was fine, but moving out was a living nightmare. They went out of their way to make the process as difficult as possible. The manager, Anthony, was unbelievably rude, cutting me off repeatedly during our phone call. He had no understanding of the contract and even tried to manipulate me into staying an extra month, despite me never agreeing to it. They blatantly ignore emails and phone calls, making it nearly impossible to get any help. The front desk staff is just as awful—rude, unhelpful, and utterly clueless about everything. This place is an absolute disaster, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Stay far, far away!"
"I've been here almost a year, and plan to re-sign my lease all due to the lengths the office staff will go for the community. I can say without a doubt they've helped me through the harder times this past year, and I'm happy to live in such a great community."
