"Hollister Place Apartments is a great place to live. Location is convenient and the rent is reasonable as well. The staff, Gracie Ramirez especially, has always been so helpful. Sandra Martinez has very attentive on any issues and Carolyn, property manager has resolved any issues in a timely manner.
Maintenance tech, Angel, came to my apartment and was very good at resolving a maintenance service call. I give Hollister Place 5 stars and highly recommend this property.

"Mr.Angel Marin is always on time when I call and he fish the problem and he is very respectful.. My leasing lady Mrs.Sandra Martinez she makes sure all of her occupants are taking care of and she make sure to help everbody she really do take care of us over here she is very respectful. I've never meet someone like her I love her so much well every body that stays over here love her. Thank you so mutch to Mrs Sandra Martinez and the maintenance crew for always being there for us you guys are the best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"I’ve had such a great experience living here! The leasing agents have been super helpful and made the whole process easy from day one. They answered all my questions and really went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable moving in. Carolyn, the property manager, is awesome too, she’s always quick to respond and you can tell she actually cares about everyone here. Honestly, it’s hard to find a place with a team that’s this dedicated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere that actually feels like home!"
"Roach Infestation. I used to live her back in 2019 and I had absolutely no issues. So its 2024 and I decided to move back thinking things are the same. I get into this one unit without a walkthrough before moving and it was INFESTED! I lost my furniture over it. Then I transferred into my old unit I used to live in and it was better, but that as well has roaches!! Not alot as the other unit but enough to make me never move back again. I appreciate how quiet it is and everything and how they accommodate me, but enough is enough. Yes they gave me pest control but she only did the Kitchen and bathroom, not the room , living room etc, So I did decide to end my lease very early. I thank you guys for accommodating me, but please get these units sprayed very good. I used to never have roaches when I lived here before."

The location is ideal, and my unit is perfectly situated in a peaceful area with a lovely view of the pool and courtyard.
