"Moved in here June 27th. We love our new apartment and management is fantastic. Our manager Juliana is fantastic. The view by the lake is fantastic!! We moved here from Corpus Christi and are originally from Oahu, Hawaii. I’ve learned there is Hawaiian folks here too. Makes me feel fantastic!"
"This apartment complex was good before the new owners took over. Since then, it’s gone downhill. No maintenance requests are fulfilled unless you make a huge fuss because “corporate” has to approve even the smallest $$ amount. And, there aren’t enough maintenance people.
I will say that the maintenance people try very hard and are very competent. But, they have no parts because Corporate doesn’t approve them. Ties their hands.
The roof needed complete renovation before the hurricane hit. Then Beryl hit last July and we still have tarps up seven months later and it is not because of untimely insurance settlement. People had waterfalls in their apartment and they didn’t come. They won’t put in double pane sliding doors, so I have to get plyboard to put up for a tropical storm or higher.
There have been 4 managers in the 16 months I’ve lived here. No one walks the grounds to see the condition of the property. The pool was out of service the entire summer last year because corporate wouldn’t approve the funds for repairs.
The corporation that owns this property (not the management firm) is a private equity firm. You may want to Google. I was a Partner with a major accounting firm and worked with many private equity firms in M&A. They are not interested in the tenant."
"Julianna is amazing, I wanted a quick turnaround with move in and she made it happen! She got all my ducks in a row for me and was extremely helpful with utilities and extras. She made the process easy and was a delight to work with! Highly recommend talking to her about anything apartments!"
"For the 4 years we’ve lived here, there have always been incredibly kind and supportive staff on the premises. From the guys who work in maintenance like Augustine, we are grateful for their hard work and efforts.
In the office, on more than one occasion, I’ve been supported by Jose. He has been immensely kind and generous with helping out his tenants. I was able to put in a request to replace the ceiling fan in my bedroom and within 24 hours it was installed.

Juliana is wonderful, an excellent leasing agent who truly cares and it shows in her outgoing, friendly personality and ability to get things done!"
