"Very Bad apartment no AC ,no maintenance.imagine living in Houston plus no AC. When you called for maintenance rude customer service. Just taking your money every time and adding 30$ every 6month or every year and doesn't care fixing your issues. Specially for those of you who has kids don't think about renting this apartment if you love your kids RUN. I mean it you have no idea how frustrating to sleep with kids without AC in this weather. Guess what maintenance told me "to be emergency it has to be 100°F" which is after we die. The picture is taken in the morning and you can guess what it's gonna happen in the afternoon."
"Very bad maintenance, my apartment AC not working. I called them fifth times for 3 hours, but still no body show up.
Have been having rats running in the walls and ceiling. The rats keep making a hole through the ceiling and jumping down to my unit. Their solution to fix it was to cover the hole with silicon"
"I applied for the Lantern Village Apartments to move in on august 15th, even though I submitted all the documents that they asked me to but they kept asking me for more and more documents. I feel like I been discriminated against by this office. I really don’t recommend this place ever. I work for college, have a great credit and have never broken a lease or have missed a payment on my rent ever. I really am very disappointed and very frustrated with the experience I had with lantern village apartments. I just need my deposit back. Very unprofessional people. The worst customer service ever!
Stay away from this place if you care about your wellbeing."

Called two nights ago for AC which always seems to go out and this is my third call and yet no one has came to fix it. Everytime it rains the slightest the power goes out. They are rude and lazy to fix anything claiming they have so many units so if you always have so many units out the AC then why don’t u get it fixed properly for once. There were no issues for 1.5 years when I first moved here which was in 2022. But since the last year it’s been absolutely miserable and worse experience. Not to mention all the roaches in your kitchen especially and even pest control comes sprays here and there but it doesn’t do anything. I can’t wait to be out of here
Gyms closed and I’m not paying a monthly fee to use a gym when my apartment I pay rent for has a gym

Experiencing a strong scent inside apartment of chemicals which made me dizzy. I been sitting outside my apartment for an hour and half. And no one has came around yet, they only sent security to check which she was going to apparently send someone. They have no regards to human life or their residents! If I get sick because I have asthma they better expect papers from my lawyer!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! When I called they said maintenance has 1800 units well are they working on all of them at once? This chemical should be priority!!!! Can’t wait to leave this place"
"No Ac from last two days. Called maintenance, she seems rude and never gave us any answer when they will fix. I hope they get the same problem like how we facing right now. Old apartment, potholes everywhere."
