"So far so GREAT! The move was easy and the office staff is very eager to help with any questions or concerns we have had. Maintenance crew is on the job quickly and resolves every issue in no time at all."
"It’s a great community to live in with family. I recently moved in, and my moving in experience was wonderful. The process was smooth and well-supported by the leasing team. The apartment was clean and orderly upon arrival.
Overall, it's been a good experience so far. My apartment has a balcony overlooking a water body, which is fantastic, and I'm loving the location."
"I have been apartment searching & I happen to stumble across Lenox Reserve and I was very pleased by the leasing agent’s help and assistance provided. Jacinta was very polite & welcoming towards me. Very educated lady as she answered all my questions properly & even offered to extend her assistance to me for future reference concerning my home search and helping me establish myself at Lenox☺️ I highly appreciate impeccable service and people."
"I just moved away from Lenox Reserve one month ago to be closer to my office, but boy do I miss it! The apartment I had was so nice and I always had a positive experience with everyone in the office. The maintenance staff was always on top of everything. I really miss you guys!! Just wanted to pop on here and give a review and if you are thinking about moving here, do it. It's a great community."
"This place is a SCAM! Do not apply here if you value your time and money. This complex was by far the biggest inconvenience I experienced during my moving process. Their communication is non existent, no one there is on the same page, they do the complete opposite of what they said they’ll do and to make it worst they will wrongfully deny you, keep your money they said you would get back, and not even verify your employment. The list goes on.. Me and my wife tried to sort things out with them in multiple ways on multiple occasions via email and by phone. I’ve even went there to speak with a manager of course I wasn’t able to.
So I left my information and I still have yet to speak with a manager on this matter. It’s been a week..
Don’t waste your time here."
