"Toured with Jessica and leased onsite. She was very helpful and explained everything to the T! These apartments are the best ones in this neighborhood, the outdoor cleanliness was a plus for me. Been living here for 7 months and have not had an issue. Keep your apartment and patio clean and you won’t have any pest issues! Cleanliness is key!!!"
"I came in and was greeted by the property manager Leslie. She showed me a two bedroom apt. These apartments are nice they are big on the inside. I will defiantly rent an apartment when my lease is up. I have never had the manager show me around they have always made me wait for the leasing agent . Thank you Leslie !"
"This complex is so nasty that even the City closed them. Stay away, this is unhealthy to stay here. Other review for mice is 100% true. My sister has the same problem. They promised many things when you’re applying then they forget. They charge you for items without your consent. The roaches and other pests make impossible to keep anything cleaned in the kitchen."
"I love my new apartment. The manager Leslie was very helpful and attentive on my move in date. Thank you Leslie!"
"Speaking on a family members behalf he doesnt speak English . DONT RENT HERE, PLEASE LOOK THE OTHER WAY. The apartments are poorly ran there is always something breaking or messing up and they always take their sweet time to fix things the way they introduce themselves to you is a scam but as soon as you sign that contract to lease they start treating you differently in a bad unprofessional way. They don't Care if the issue is un sanitary they will not fix things for u it takes weeks even months but as soon as its time to pay rent if ur even 3 hours late on rent they wanna charge u for a late fee. But yet they take a long time to fix thing's. This place is supposed to make people feel at home and they're doing the complete opposite."
