"Meyerland Court Apartments is a hidden treasure. Before moving here, I visited about 15 or 16 other apartment complexes in search of the perfect one. This one ranked the highest on my list and I promptly moved in.

MC apartments continued to be high value during my entire stay here due to its location, safety, cleanliness, ample parking, and affordability. I sadly moved out of state due to job relocation, but if I return to the southwest Houston area I will definitely seek this complex again!

As a female college student and first time apartment-renter, I was looking for something affordable with safety as an uncompromisable factor - I always felt safe living here and I was very pleased with how quiet the area is. I took daily walks in the charming neighborhood behind the apartments and would go running all the way to the 610 loop and back via the bayou trails. The swimming pool and laundry rooms are always sparkling clean and never crowded. Also, the laundry rooms take cards which is very convenient.

Leo, the maintenance man, is extremely dependable in the quality of his work and his friendliness. Always greets residents with a smile and asks how we are doing! He went out of his way to help me with things even at times when I think they were out of his job responsibilities. For example, I was out of town for a few weeks and I had a tree on my porch that often toppled over. In my absence he frequently uprighted my tree for me. I also didn’t have my own drill and he offered to help me hang up my curtain rods and even my plant baskets on my porch! I did have some water pressure problems during my first few weeks of living here, but maintenance was very quick to come and fix the issues for me as soon as I called.

Diana and Krystal are so sweet and very organized. One time I was late on a payment by a few days because I incorrectly set up my auto-payment. They could have charged me a late fee but since I had never been late, they overlooked my error. There are also no surprise fees here, which I have seen with other complexes and I believe is highly unethical. They also have cookies in the office for residents which is nice!

Some other great things about Meyerland Court Apartments are that it’s located behind the Neighborhood Walmart, there is a lovely Jewish community in the area and the local New York bagel shop and Dino’s Cuisine are must-visits. Additionally, a new HEB opened up just over in Meyerland plaza which is just a few minutes drive from the complex.

Lastly, the complex did NOT flood during Harvey. Huge plus in my books. Even during heavy rains since my time here, I have never had trouble getting home.

I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a cozy, affordable, clean, and safe home."

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Mayerland Court Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management, particularly Emily and (Christina or crystal), is completely unprofessional. They dismiss valid concerns and complaints as if they don’t matter. When I tried to address issues in my apartment, they treated me like I was making false accusations, and instead of helping, they threatened eviction without even hearing my side.

It’s mind-boggling how they can close the office and avoid tenants when things get tough. They exaggerate situations to the point that it feels like they’re more concerned about protecting themselves than actually providing a safe and welcoming environment for residents. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the stress and find a place where management actually cares about their tenants. This place is not worth it!"

"I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a year and 7 months because the rent. Is affordable and it’s a quiet place to live. But the management horrible don’t let these reviews fool you. Ever since I’ve been living in my apartment the AC unit goes out every 2-3 weeks for a 1 year and seven months. I’ve been dealing with the same issue and complaining about the issue for a year and seven months.. And the only response that the apartment complex manger can give me is it’s out of Freon. Every -3 weeks it’s go right back out.. Instead of them fixing or getting a new unit to resolve the problem.. They keep rigging the AC just for it to break again. But there not worried about because there not hot. This is soooo selfish and unacceptable.. And the mangers have the audacity to get an attitude when constantly have to call about the same issue that never got fixed in the 1st place for over a year & seven months. Today I just got back home.. My AC has not been working since Friday & currently 88 degrees in my apartment right now as we speak. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in this place. When my lease is up I’m moving and never looking back. How you have all these so called matience guys & can’t fix 1 AC.. In a year & 7 months ridiculous.. I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here. No matter how these reviews look positive.. It’s a lie.. Picture of how hot it is in my apartment in the summer time.."

"I loved living at Meyerland Court and was there for 3 years before leaving when I bought my house. Stephanie and Crystal were fantastic, as well as the maintenance team. Any concerns, issues or questions were taken care of quickly and they were always willing to help. Many times they went out of there way to assist me if I was not home, was gone for a period of time, or packages were too big and I needed help.

The property was always well maintained and when crime increased for a short period around the complex and a few incidents in, additional cameras and security were added which rectified everything. The team is very responsive to the communities needs.

They also had community gatherings throughout the year in the pool area which were very nice and allowed you to get to know others in the complex.

I would definitely recommend this complex. The location, affordability, and people make it so worth it!"

"I have experienced apartment living for the past 20 years and I have lived here for the past 14 months. It is, by far, the very best place that I have lived in those 20 years. Maintenance and repairs are first class. Office staff and management are always helpful and professional. The only thing that would make it better would be for someone to move out so I could have their covered parking space, but no one ever leaves. I want to live here for at least the next 20 years."
