"I’ve lived here for 2 years and I can honestly say this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The power goes out constantly, which means no running water. At least once per month in 2024 the water and power have been out for days with no compensation for the inconvenience. The fire alarm will go off in the middle of the night for hours at a time. There are rats all inside the trash chutes every time I try to throw trash away. Horrible pest problems inside the units, bugs absolutely everywhere and they do not seem to keep up with pest control. The elevators, parking gates, and doors to get into building are almost ALWAYS broken. Very unsafe complex, no security patrol as advertised. At the beginning of 2024 someone was shot in the gated parking lot. Dogs are constantly peeing, pooping and vomiting in the hallways and elevators and tenants do not pick up after them. People smoke inside the elevators. I will not be renewing my lease. Stay away from this place."
"I only toured here and recently submitted an application, however the leasing agents were very professional, welcoming, & understanding. From what I was able to see, the amenities were well-maintained, hallways are hallways so that’s not a major concern of mine."
"Do NOT rent here. By far the worst place I’ve ever resided. The switch staff like crazy. The water is off about 13 times a month for days at a time. The elevators are always down and the parking is horrible. So many people have multiple cars in one household and or they have a lot of company visiting so it’s extremely hard to find a parking space after you get off work all day. I’ve seen several cockroaches in my closet and even the shower. The halls smell like dog piss and nasty kitty litter. This place is worst than motel 6 I’d rather sleep in my car. The only good thing about that dirty place is the maintenance men. They actually will come and get what’s broken done but other than that. Please if you care about yourself and family. Stay AWAY"

She has consistently been responsive, friendly, and dedicated to creating a welcoming community for all residents. The management team is amazing as a whole ,whether it's addressing maintenance requests promptly or organizing community events they go above and beyond to ensure we feel home. Thank you, Jovana, and team for your hard work and commitment to our living!"
"I’ve lived at the property for two years and I’ll have to say .. the management that has taken over office has definitely elevated this community. They pay attention to detail and control what’s controllable to the best of their abilities. I recently had an issue with plumbing and instead of brushing off my concerns they thoroughly did everything in their power to address the issue and my concerns directly. Due to great attention to detail I will be resigning for another year of leasing. Thank you so much for showing how different you can make someone feel just by caring !"
